Glorio Beach Shack — Restaurant in Goa

Trust me on this , We had been to this place at night seeing few reviews we thought that there would crowd but when we reached there we saw nobody.

Still we went and we tried and it wasn't a experience and I was expecting, coming from Karnataka I wanted to try fish , so we ordered fish sizzler, and oh my god he took a whole 30 to 45 mins to prepare it and we just kept waiting and waiting for our food.

once we got our food , i noticed that they put " chitrana " as the steak rice and loads of capsicum only , there was two small sized pieces of king fish , I was expected a better meal , it wasn't worth it for the price and time they wasted of ours to just get a fish with chitrana , absolute time waste. I wasn't happy with this, it was really disappointing. There were houseflys just flying around and it was really irritating.

I was expecting a better atmosphere at this place and reaching this shack is a bit difficult at night.

Over all it's not recommended if you are expecting a good meal at night also if you are craving for a delicious fish meal. I suggest you guys go to any other shack as this wasnt what anybody would expect. i hope you guys take the review seriously and improve on your food quality and your shack, thank you but i didn't like your food yuck

Today we took two of the sunbeds at Glorio and ordered just some drinks. It was a windy day so the menu which the waiter brought was blown away and smashed a glass. Before we left I collected all the pieces from the sand so nobody would get cut and brought the pieces to the waiter. When I asked for a trash can where I could throw it he told me first to just throw it somewhere under the trees close to the shack (which I of course refused to do). He then wanted to charge me 90 INR for the broken glass. I told him I never asked for the menu which smashed the glass so it was not my fault and that a broken glass at a restaurant is something which happens. He insisted and in the end I gave him the money but told him that I will share this experience on Google maps which I am now doing. Great shack to chill on Varca beach. Has good shade of coconut trees 🌴 Provides nice food🥘 veg, non-veg and seafood too. Reasonable rates but food taste is okay. Service was warm but little slower. This shack can be good for people want to spend relax time in less crowd. It is near by to a good shortcut road that comes from apartments or hotels...
