We decided to try Howling Wolves after seeing their creatives for Friday being a music night and hearing about them.

Sandeep (behind the bar counter) and Valerie (heading the kitchen team) did not disappoint. The place had a great vibe and the positive energy was there to feel, evidently coming out of these two lovely souls.

The Cocktail offering was very interesting and not what one would commonly find at most places. We ordered the 'Am I black enough for you', yes, that was the name of the drink and the 'The Last Tango.... ', both of which were great and needed to be sipped with caution (just the way I like a late evening cocktail)

For starters, we had a portion of the Stuffed Bakes Mushrooms - delicious, juicy and stuffed with a great mix of spinach and cheese.

Dinner was a Pork Burger for me. I asked Valerie to make a small tweak in my order and she was quick to oblige. My date ordered a Wild Mushroom Risotto which was also delicious.

We were lucky to be there when they were trying some new dishes for their menu - Biryani and Daal Makhani, both of which were so good we were wondering why they were not already on the menu.

The place itself was previously a parking lot along side the beach front has been converted to a beautiful restaurant space. While going to the upper deck, one can't help but notice the care taken to build the place around the existing trees - if you haven't noticed it already, a coconut tree in the middle of the stairs makes it blatantly obvious.

All in all, it was a great evening - good food, great music and gracious hosts.

All the very best Team...

TL;DR: Not just for your belly, but for your heart - Howling Wolves is worth the trip.

The Howling Wolves in Anjuna is nothing short of a hidden gem, where an unforgettable experience awaits anyone who steps in. My friends and I visited on a rock and retro music night, with Noel performing, and we were blown away - not just by the music but by the entire experience.

From the moment you enter, Sandy and Valerie, the couple who run the place, welcome you with open arms and make you feel like family. Their hospitality is so genuine and effortless, it's as if you're dining in their home. This warmth extends to their incredible staff, both on the floor, and in the kitchen. Sadhan and Shalu take care of every guest as if they're the only ones in the restaurant.

Sandy's handcrafted drinks are nothing short of flavor-packed masterpieces, showcasing simple, natural ingredients that somehow create unforgettable flavour combinations. Valerie’s food is equally divine - her veggie croquettes with feta are melt-in-your-mouth perfection, the raw papaya salad is an absolute flavour bomb, and the fresh brownies are some of the best you’ll find in town, gooey and decadent.

The ambience is perfect, especially with the beach just steps away, adding a calm yet lively atmosphere. And of course, Noel's music ties it all together beautifully.

At Howling Wolves, you won't just leave with a full belly; you'll leave with a heart warmed by the love and care that Valerie, Sandy and their team put into every detail. If you’re in Anjuna, this is a place you absolutely...

Indulging in the Christmas Eve roast at Howling Wolves was an extraordinary experience that surpassed all expectations. The culinary journey was nothing short of mind-blowing, with each dish a testament to the chef's skill and dedication to flavor. The restaurant's aesthetics were tastefully done, creating an ambiance that perfectly complemented the festive spirit of the occasion.

The attention to detail extended beyond the plate to the overall atmosphere, where the curated music selection added a delightful layer to the dining experience. It was not just a meal; it was a symphony of flavors and melodies that blended seamlessly.

What truly set Howling Wolves apart, however, was the warmth and genuine hospitality of the owners. Their welcoming demeanor and personal touch elevated the evening to a level of excellence rarely encountered. They weren't just hosts; they were orchestrators of a delightful celebration, ensuring every guest felt like a cherished part of the occasion.

In the midst of the holiday season, Howling Wolves managed to create not just a dining experience but a memorable journey for the senses. If you're seeking a place where exquisite cuisine meets tasteful aesthetics, accompanied by a soundtrack of terrific music, look no further. Howling Wolves stands out as a gem, and our Christmas Eve celebration there will remain etched in our memories as the most amazing evening. Highly recommended for those who appreciate the fusion of culinary artistry and genuine...

Now where to start and where to finish! This is one amazing place which has a personal touch, a refreshing vibe courtesy the owner Sandeep jee aka Sandy jee. The live music is awesome, the artist was kind enough to acknowledge song requests, the food was fresh and delicious. The manager and better half of owner together greeted us upon entering. The second level is a treat to be seated at. The music is also pretty nice and a treat to ears. The kala khatta Desi shikanji was a delightful drink. There were some misses in the fruit like Mint Mojito and Paneer Shashlik which wasn't upto the mark but mushrooms, garden pizza and greasy gobhi starter was good. The owner was courteous enough to call us back for a complimentary glass of wine wen we were heading back home after a nice time. Then we ate more, enjoyed more and danced more. When there were people outside clicking pictures of the amazing Christmas tree at the entrance made of beer bottles and lighting, the owner welcomed them in with open arms and told them to take close pictures. Wonderful gestures like this is what seperates an able entrepreneur from a mere businessman! The waitors, the service, food, ambience, vibe, hospitality coupled with a personal touch, this place literally howles you to be here. A must visit!
