Rados Beer & Biryani — Restaurant in Goa

Avoid this place at all costs. My experience at this restaurant was nothing short of a disaster. I had to wait 90 minutes for a simple order of dum biryani. The waiter, Vikas, was incredibly unprofessional and unresponsive. Not only did he fail to serve us water or provide tissues, but he also seemed completely disinterested in addressing any of our concerns.

When I confronted the owner about the unacceptable service, instead of acknowledging the issue, he dismissed my feedback, claiming it was a fake review. For the record, I live in the US and was visiting Goa with friends when we stumbled upon this place. Trust me, I have better things to do than wait for 90 minutes for a meal or waste time writing fake reviews. In fact, this is the only restaurant I have ever felt compelled to review negatively out of the few I have reviewed.

The owner’s refusal to take accountability makes me question the authenticity of the positive reviews this place has received. If this is how they handle genuine feedback, I wouldn’t be surprised if their good reviews are fabricated. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place—there are plenty of better dining...

My experience with them was wonderful. Visited them with my family. Looking at the set up, I did not expect much from them as I was only looking to fill my tummy before entering baga beach. However, I was taken by surprise by the quality and taste of the food. We ordered Hyderabadi biriyani, roti and chicken masala. It was our best food experience in Goa. They tasted very good, better than many other overpriced hotels in and around baga.

Special mention, the behaviour of the staffs.. very courteous, kind and well mannered. They even allowed us to use the restroom and to get fresh before our lunch. And to our surprise we got the car parking place right in front of the hotel. It was a pleasant experience for all of us that we also ordered our dinner from them, on our return from the beach.

Me and my friends were in party mood and hungry as well so we searched and saw this restaurant with good reviews. So visited here and I must say the foods they serve is yum.They have chilled beer also. And also they don't take much time for preparing. I had ordered Chicken lolipop which was tasty, juicy and crispy and also ordered panner manchurian and gobi manchurian both were semi gravy which was the best. 🤤👌 And most importantly the staffs were ladies , they were so kind, and welcoming. Last but not least I had ordered Murg, and Anda Briyani which was the best 🤤♥️ the taste, spices, was so exact. Please don't judge just looking the restaurant. Try to taste their menu food.
