KFC — Restaurant in Goa

The worst service ive ever experienced in my life. Have visited kfc quite a many times in panjim porvorim calangute but the service provided here is the worst the manager or the supervisor whoever was there named mahesh he was not ready to face us and answer our quarries. We tried ordering multiple meals but they were not having many things mentioned in the menu so we wanted to have a word with the supervisor but he was not ready to talk to us and answer our quaries and this problem was not only with me but the same thing happened with another person who was there behind us. The ac was not working, dine in was closed a total worst experience ever. Finally had to go to pizza hut which is right next to it they have the best service also their manager was a very good person. Dint expect such a worst service from such a big and reputed franchise like KFC. Need to fix this and please youl need to change the supervisor mr Mahesh not suited for the job he is appointed for. Highly not recommended if would rather give a 0 star rating...

I recently had a disappointing experience at your outlet. In one of our orders, the burger was delivered with only one side of the bun, and in another, we received a vegetarian item instead of the chicken burger we had ordered. It was quite frustrating, especially since we were looking forward to a proper meal.

However, I would like to appreciate the way the staff at the outlet handled the issue when we went there to complain. They sincerely apologised for the mistake and promptly provided us with fresh, correct orders.

While the initial experience was not up to the mark, the courteous behaviour and quick resolution at the outlet helped restore our trust. I hope such errors are avoided in the future, but I do appreciate the good customer service shown during...

Ok first of all I should have seen the review then I should I have gone in 😂😂 When I enter there was not one to attend then one staff walks in said he saw me and stand in front of me, showing me his back later, one Staff came when I went to tell my order. He asked me to wait again. I was not provided with the bill. Also, place was not clean. Was smelling like a close warehouse where rat smell never had a KFC experience like this, horrible, even one Star, I had to give because there was no choice. I wouldn’t have given even one star really doesn’t matter if you are a full house. Oh no, a customer is always a customer. Even a single person. Not going ever. 🤣 and one more thing idk on 288 what tax he added didn’t even she me bill 334.96...
