Ordered a watermelom lemonade. Staff asked its a syrup we said we want watermelon lemonade. While making she asked lemomade to which we said yes ... so she got us lemonade without watermelon. We said we wanted watermelon. So she started scrarching her head in irritation ki i asked u before making... one of the worst gesture seen. I was a regular visitor here as i work in patto but i end my visit now with this pathetic service and gestire from staff. Please train ur staff how to interacr...

The staff was not helpful their attitude was not the best . We went there based on recommendations from local Goan friends. We were clueless regarding our shopping. However no help received from the part of staff in selecting items. Eventually with the help of Google We came to know about Bebinca. We brought it and it was good. My mom liked it. Dunno whether it's due to the cramped space and huge crowd is the reason for the less attention...

It's my 3rd Visit to Your outlet at Patto Center, Panaji Goa today, to my surprise the Red Velvet pastry which I took parcel in the eve. today and now at home when I opened and tasted it, to my surprise it's an old, seems more than a week item, it's so hard and spoiled one.
