This was my second visit to this casino and to say that it was disappointing would be an understatement.

It started with the ticket counter. I had booked online tickets for us (me & my wife), but we had to stand at the ticket counter in a crammed room for more than 25 minutes, just so someone would scan the QR code. The line was the same whether you've done online booking or paying at the spot for the entry. Why keep the same counter for both, I've no idea.

Coming to the casino, we went to the sundeck first. The starters that were kept for self serve were cold, hence had lost the taste, if at all they had any (barring the mushrooms, that were still good to eat, though cold).

Now, coming just beneath the sundeck (the floor where the food is served and live performances goes on). The crowd were pathetic to say the least. I could not for the life of me understand why the management was being a mute witness. The people were hooting, whistling, shouting with management being a mute spectator. The people were behaving irresponsibly, taking videos of performances, while obstructing the view of everyone and dancing near the tables full of food.

There was absolutely no place to sit. Even if you get a table, the task of getting the table cleaned up was a big one. I requested the staff for 3-4 times to clean the plates but to no avail. Finally, I kept the plate on an adjacent table, which was vacated so that we could finally sit. Then we did a fatal mistake- we both got up from the table for a few minutes. Came back to find that it was occupied. So, had very little food while standing.

We entered the casino after 22:30 and left by 00:30 (roughly 2 hrs). I know that we're not a big business for the casino, but I'm sure of one thing- we'll not be...
