Do not visit this place and even do not mistakenly book this Hotel. I had nightmare and horrible experience. I had booked 5 Rooms seeing that it's Oyos flagship hotel but not a single penny worth. Didn't offer smooth checkin , taken half hour to give keys . Though I am showing him a confirmation email from Oyo , he has taken 20 minutes to confirm with Owner. Then 20 minutes to register the names No Towel and water bottle available in any of Rooms . Room intercom Phone is not working so I have to go two floors down to tell reception about it and surprisingly he said we do not keep towels and water bottle in Room before check in we keep them after check in which he provided us after one hour and multiple time follow up. Towels are disrt and stain on it for reference I have attached a photo. Room Electrical fitting has broken and could cause accident especially if you accompany a small children. Image is attached to show how dangerous it is. One of the room Bedsheet is came with big hole in it and asked to change he said ok will change but not changed in our entire stay. One of the room has AC lekage , that my friend used bucket from bathroom but staff did not bother to provide a solution. Room's are dirty , everywhere paint stains , curtains are smelly , bedsheets are not fresh seems like used no. of time From 5 Rooms 3 Rooms has toilet seat broken and one of room shower is leaking continuously. Room TV is not working Wifi is not working Do not provide a package drinking water though if you are ready to pay. Staff is Rude and specially Owner is very arrogant , they said they what you want to do we don't care. Write email to Oyo or post review on Google it's...

GRE like shubham and raju r still very kind, helful and hardworking, but the people apart from them dont know how to behave with customers. Initially everyone was good because were doing booking of hotels on daily basis and the management use to come to us and say please give us 5 star and sometimes even took our phone and would rate 5 star by themselves, as we started booking it for a complete month hotel management's behaviour started changing. Since the saw the booking for one month they took us for granted and gave us the worst room, with poor power socket and their room smelled like sewage. Room no was 303. They made me stay there for 17 days irrespective for the number of complain i did to management. There was sewage leak in bathroom but they did nothing. I went back to delhi and for 10 days and still had the bookings in the hotel where i kept my luggage, but these guys took my luggage and place in other shity room without even asking from me. The hotel is supposed to give mineral water but they say that OYO has stopped minernal water and they started serving water in dirty glass bottles. Even requesting them for a towel took them 1.5 hr to send in room. The guys like shubham and raju are still very helful and hard working i have no complain about them. We had checked from Hotel and asked for clock room to put our luggage wherein they kept in reception area itself which is very much open. While we reached to collect our luggage we asked for a washroom on which the guy sitting at the reception denied. On requesting and after speaking with the owner he asked us to use the staff bathroom but never guided the same. I was searching for the same on different floors and on asking him again and again about it he kept mum.
It was so rediculous that they donβt serve on humanitarian grounds. I would suggest the owner to keep trained staffs and not just any nerd who even donβt know what hospitality is.
Even the ACs were not working properly and room was full with mosquitoes.
Would never recommend this hotel as there are many good budget friendly...
