Pizza Hut | Vasco Da Gama, Goa — Restaurant in Goa

New place and will do well over the period of time from August 2022! Like any other quick service flooded with online orders every 3 minutes on their cheapest pizza Rs.79/- People (team members) are busy in their production life and billing life ! do not expect anything else from them. They are so busy and stressed out so much they will be tired. Like usual ways we cheer them up by taking their time minimum 20 mins in requesting them to up sell me from regular size to medium size and making them upset with SI many questions on toppings ! Phew !!! They were tired. My billing got payment struck in their machine there came the saviour the manager mr. Amit. He was courteous in his own way. He suggested that I eat first and then we will see the double swipe of payments. That’s what I call professionalism in hospitality. He was quick to handle the situation from his team member. A lot of training is required for the staff from the one who makes Pizza and the staff who clears the table. Of course they do hard work. They just need few more training in my opinion. I may be wrong. But from my point of view they need training to do their best again and again. I strongly request them to sanitise the cutlery and wipe them properly before they re stack and the grease must be removed. Excellent location, excellent store ambience and all the best to the manager Mr. Amit and team ! Congratulations! More to achieve !...

For the love of Pizza💯. Visited this recently opened Pizza Hut outlet in Vasco in 1930 mall. The ambience is nice and warm. Staff were polite and service was quick. Loved their way of serving the pizza.

What we tried! • Chicken Tikka Supreme • Chicken Pepperoni • Momo mia Pizza with Schezwan sauce • Choco Volcano - (Could have been better )

The pizzas were good but could have been slightly more flavorful & tastier. The choco volcano was of average taste.

Pathetic service

Mexican fiesta pizza did not have red capsicum, barely any olives, and zero jalapeños.

Went to the store and the Pizza Hut employee admitted to not have vegetables (red capsicum), but still carried on to deliver the order without notifying.

Base of Both pizzas was undercooked and not edible. Both pizzas were cold even though we were just across the street . Not at all Pizza Hut quality.

Tomato base sauce tasted old and stale.

No oregano or chill flakes provided by them.

No chilled coke available, had to order a warm coke and...
