Wow! Momo — Restaurant in Goa

The chain of Wow Momo in Vasco, Goa is a small joint. Order, delivery and take away point is in the ground floor. The shop is also having limited dining facility in the first floor, having capacity for about 20 people. However, you would always find a place to sit since it not crowded. The stairs to first floor is a little difficult for elderly people to climb since the same is a little steep.

The shop is managed by 'all girl' staff and are very energetic, active and will greet customers with smiling face. Delivery of ordered dishes is very quick and hence there is no time waste in waiting, which I found is the best part.

I had mostly ordered online and I liked the momos and chutney. During Vasco saptah I thought of visiting this place because I was hungry. I had ordered veg momos and veg Darjeeling momos. After eating the momos and the chutney served along with it I had food poisoning. The momos were cold and not warm even and the sauce was weird tasting in hindsight but since I was hungry I ignored all these red flags

There is no hygiene whatsoever, no place for handwash, no chopsticks served but wooden fork and spoon with which eating is damn difficult.

We had the chicken and cheese momos, chicken Darjeeling momos, classic chicken momos and chocolate momos. They were unique in taste and the sauces were also nice. The portions or size of momos with complete filling is worth the cost. Service is professional and the staff although they seemed young and freshers at work, were very courteous and polite.
