Cabo Cabana Goa — Hotel in Goa

No Signboard/ No Power back up/ but Excellent Room

I booked Cabo Cabana Wooden Cottages for 1 day. It was very difficult to find the Cottage, because there were no sign boards. The Taxi driver charged more because it took to long to find the place. I requested them to put some sign boards on road or at least near the cottages.

Location: It was in Betim, which itself is not a good place. But the view from the cottage was excellent and ferry services were just on the walking distance, that's why I've given 3 star for location. 3/5

Services: there are only 3 people who take care of this place and that's also in shift duty, which means one person at a time. There was no power back up. We spent whole day without AC and no charging of mobile phones. I charged my mobile phone in a salon shop. There was some fault in electricity, so we changed the cottage in the night, shifting all the bags. (There are only 2 cottages, but fortunately there were no guests in the other one.) 1/5

The Room: The room was excellent. No word to describe it. The bath room and toilet are also excellent. 5/5

Facilities: For Jacuzzi 4/5

Stayed a night here during a business trip to Goa. There is a caretaker who takes care of basic necessities. There are two cottages next to each other. Each cottage is basically a bedroom with an attached toilet and a porch overlooking the river. Small yet cozy. ||||Not very easy to find when you land first time. You would need to call the owner (Clare) and she will send someone to pick you up. But this is super close to the Betim ferry, from where there is a free ferry to Panjim every 15 minutes. So transportation is sorted. ||||Very minimal kitchen - basically the caretaker can make only tea. Anything else for breakfast, he buys from outside and brings in.
