Royal Foods Panjim — Restaurant in Goa

I had the worst experience ever! The staff were unprofessional and very rude. I placed an order for Samosa (Rissole) one day in advance, but when I went to pick it up, they claimed there was no record of the order. I asked them to check the order history, but they refused. After half an hour, they finally found the order and then started preparing it in front of me.

This is unacceptable. I hope you will look into this matter and take necessary actions to improve...

I bought a chicken from here. I reached home within 20min. When I went to process the chicken, it had a wierd smell and yellow colour. I took it back to Royal Foods, but the outlet was closed. Had to throw away this item.... folks don't depend on the workers to offer you anything good and fresh. Everybody is out to cheat and scam you. Royal Foods is no exception.You gotta see and check the items for yourself before you pay and take it home.... I sure...

Most of their pre packed food is not good and fresh. I seems to feel like the chicken that is going out of date and almost bad is then cooked and packed. The weird taste that other customers are talking about was noticed by me too. There have been times I have found different dates with stickers on the package. Seems like they recycle what is not sold by slapping on a different date. The packages have gone smaller and the price...
