Spice House — Restaurant in Goa

Update-Never Try serradura here,it's pure whipped cream and biscuit dust to show off.

Not recommended due to their careless behavior of most of the staff around. We spend money here to get services, if u price yourself equal to copperleaf learn to get the standards accordingly. My last experience was a never returning experience!

Food is really nice here, I wasn't expecting continental to be so great here but to my surprise it was really very good. Fish thali as usual fresh and tasty. One star less for the bartender who made my fresh lime water(sweet) first without steering and second time getting it with salt! And ofcourse there wasn't a third time to know your fresh bartender even better. Bartenders basic job is to steer drinks properly, if he couldn't make me a basic sweet fresh lime water then find a new one. It was supposed to be cancelled I guess. I mentioned to the waiter I'll be uploading the review but unfortunately it was sad to know that communications lag between the staff. Our waiter Ali was kindly handling the situation here, I liked his calming behaviour at that peak...

Short review: Very bad food at a very expensive cost. Poor staff lacking any responsibility. Not recommended with the other options around doing much better.

Long review: I visited this place on 23rd April and ordered veg crispy as a starter. To my surprise, the cripsies were not crisp at all. They actually were very soft and had little to no texture. They were such that you could mash them into a potato mash and eat them.

On talking to the staff, they clearly denied any responsibility and told us that crispies are made exactly like this while they were not crisp at all 🙄 all in all, they killed the whole vibe and that simply isnt worth it.

The items are all priced higher than usual and the quality of main course wasn't any good either.

Overall a waste of time and money if you seek good...

My experience was worst I had ordered 3normal thali and 1 special thali but in special thali I got kingfish and they gv small and we hardly can eat it bcoz no meat was there it was part of head side n when I ask them to change piece in my house nobody eat it we make curry of that piece but the waiter told me that they gv good piece to them who order only kingfish if this is the case than why ull say that special thali contain kingfish just tell directly that in special thali ull get kingfish head simple it is and they were not even ready to cancel the order nor ready to gv other piece I think u should improve ur service and...
