2020 A very authentic Tibetan food. Try the wonton soup. jus wow. 2023 1.Wontons in the soup weren't fresh. Taste was of foul over used oil. That kind that stinks. The waiter never took our order even after waiting 1 hour. Was busy attending people of their origin and foreign tourists. I hate to say this but the place is racist. For now at least. We had to leave with having our dinner. People who come after us, got their orders taken and food served. We kept saying bhaiya, bhaiya. We just got a hand signal in return. Food looks good I tried it earlier gave 5 stars to this place. But the waiter needs to be trained if not changed. Returning hungry from a restaurant that you were exited about after sitting for an hour is a bad feeling. Hope the owner just doesn't use sorry to solve such issues and make some changes, because we would like to come again and enjoy their traditional...

Other dishes (especially the Beef Mongolian) had very little quantity and lacked good flavour.

Increase the portion sizes (especially of the non-momos dishes).

Improve seasoning and flavour in dishes like the Beef Mongolian so they’re more balanced and exciting.

Raise consistency so customers aren’t let down.

Verdict: If you’ve heard great things about this place, don’t expect too much — it doesn’t live up to the hype. Fine for a casual meal, but not one I’d strongly recommend unless improvements are made.

Every time I visit Goa, Tibetan B&R is a must-visit for me. However, during my recent trip, I noticed a dip in the usual standard.

It seemed like there was a shortage of staff, with just one waiter handling everything from taking orders to serving and clearing tables. This likely affected the kitchen too, as my meal took over 45 minutes to arrive.

Despite this, I still hold a special place for this restaurant and hope the owner can address the staffing issues to maintain its charm and quality.
