I had the pleasure of visiting TKYO in Goa for the second time, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. During my previous visit, I didn't try the food, and I deeply regretted it after today's extraordinary culinary journey.

The food at TKYO is nothing short of sensational. The presentation, flavors, and quality of every dish were absolutely amazing. The kitchen team here are true magicians, crafting dishes that are a delight to both the eyes and the taste buds.

The staff at TKYO was not only helpful but also exceptionally well-trained. I had the pleasure of interacting with a lovely lady in the bakery section who greeted me with a warm smile throughout my visit. Her friendly demeanor set the tone for a delightful dining experience. I only wish the serving staff could take a few lessons from her in spreading smiles.

The ambiance at TKYO is minimalist yet stunning, making it the perfect setting for a romantic date or a special occasion. The attention to detail in the decor adds to the overall charm of the place.

What impressed me the most was the diverse menu. Both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options were extensive and equally impressive. It's rare to find a restaurant that excels in catering to different dietary preferences, but TKYO does it flawlessly.

When you visit a place like Tokyo,you expect it to be of a certain caliber when it comes to food service ambience etc.. however this place was a disappointment when it came to service and systems .. firstly all the waiters seem a bit unprofessional… singing in a local language, chatting among themselves, unaware of what’s in the menu… my husband ordered branded gold rum … after the 2 nd round he doubted it n asked the waiter if they were serving gold or silver (as he saw the bar tender pouring the drink from the silver range bottle) the waiter assured us it was gold n upon us insisting to get the bottle to confirm , he very promptly got us the silver … They then told us that the gold is out of stock, we then told them that we will pay the price for silver n upon a little discussion n disagreement they agreed to charge us silver rates… When the bill came in, we double checked they had still charged us gold rates… told us that d price for silver has increased on the system n not yet updated on the menus…we said that this was not done n as a customer will pay what’s the printed price… In the end they deducted the cost for 2 pegs n gave us a chocolate cake as a compensation.. however the whole experience was unpleasant n leaves you with the feeling like you r being cheated… plus when u go to a highly rated place like this and you are paying a premium price for food n drinks, you want to have a good time with the family…the least you expect is good service… disagreement with the customer , when it’s fully ur fault is not acceptable…. If you love Asian cuisine then this is a must visit spot in Goa. If you want a memorable evening with an awesome gastronomic experience this is a must visit.

The ambience: Takes you to an oriental location. Lovely yellow lighting, comfortable seating. Open bar and kitchens.

The menu: They have a QR code which you can scan and choose from the food menu and Bar menu. They have a large selection of alcohol from the various asian region. Their Sake is a must taste if you want the authentic Japanese experience.

The Food: we ordered mainly Japanese dishes from Okonomiyaki which was really soo tasty. To creamy miso Ramen which was so delicious. The curry bao lived up to its expectations and the the spicy sauces that were given were the perfect accompaniment. We also tried the Thai red curry with Jasmine rice, we asked them to make it spicy and they made it so. Overall the food took you to the country of its origin.

The staff: They are all super friendly and knowledgeable, they make good recommendations so do ask them what's good and how a certain dish will be. Also they tell you about the portion size so that we don't over order and waste.

Final verdict is that it's worth a visit to make special...
