A Goan thali featuring rava king fish is a culinary delight that captures the essence of Goa's vibrant flavors and rich coastal heritage. From the moment you lay eyes on the spread, you're transported to a gastronomic paradise. First, let's talk about the star of the show: the rava king fish. Encrusted in a golden layer of semolina (rava) and expertly spiced, each bite is a symphony of textures and tastes. The crispy exterior gives way to tender, succulent fish that melts in your mouth, leaving behind a lingering sensation of coastal bliss. Accompanying the king fish are an array of delectable dishes that showcase the diversity of Goan cuisine. From fragrant seafood curries bursting with coconut milk and spices to tangy pickles and chutneys that add a punch of flavor, every element on the thali is thoughtfully curated to provide a balanced and satisfying meal. No Goan thali is complete without the quintessential accompaniments like fluffy rice, buttery chapatis, and crispy papadums. These staples serve as the perfect canvas to soak up the rich gravies and sauces, elevating the dining experience to new heights. But what truly sets this thali apart is the passion and craftsmanship that goes into each dish. You can taste the love and dedication of the chefs who have perfected these recipes over generations, ensuring that every bite is a celebration of Goan culture and culinary heritage. In conclusion, a Goan thali with rava king fish is not just a meal – it's an unforgettable journey through the flavors and traditions of one of India's most iconic culinary destinations. Whether you're a seafood aficionado or simply craving a taste of the coast, this thali is sure to leave you craving for more.

We never had a plan to visit this restaurant but as it was a rainy day so thought of taking a stop here. What we ordered 1. Surmai special Thali 2. Mori Rawa fry (shark) 1. Thali portion size was decent for the price of rs. 350/- but the taste was not that great, also the surmai was not fresh. Thali consisted of rice, fish curry, 7-8pc small clams masala, 5-6 pc squid masala, radish bhaji and a hathsaar. Clams and squid were cooked In same masala, radish bhaji was okay, rice portion was huge, they didn't serve chapati Or roti along with the thali, that should have been added instead of large portion of steamed rice. 2. Mori rawa fry tasted nice but it was very overpriced. Rs. 350/- for such a small portion disappointed me. Overall service was very poor, there were multiple staff without a proper uniform who were actually doing nothing, there was only one server in the uniform who was taking orders and serving the tables. It took more than 30 minutes to get thali. Many customers were disappointed with the same. Everyone's orders were delayed. Overall rating to the restaurant Food 3/5 Ambience 3/5 Service 2/5

You might have come across other eateries with the same/similar name but rest assured this is the real deal....!!! Light is on point... music and the volume as well is on point.... the waiters were kind enough to allow us a change of table after we'd given the order to a table just underneath the fan... we altered the order multiple times due to indecisive hunger of ours... SHARAD, attended to us promptly and was on his toes, visibly.... noting down the order from other tables and not once allowing us to imagine how tiring his day could have been... We ordered chicken lasooni and butter naan... the taste was pretty good and the extra breads too provided without extensive waiting... beers were served chilled as one would love... All in all, the visit to Goan Spice turned out to be an evening well spent to doze off the fire of hunger in our bellies.... and the treatment of the management too was on point... a must visit for any of your meals during your stay in Goa... I hope it stays the same until our next visit...

If you're craving authentic Goan seafood, Goan Spice in Anjuna is the place to be! This cozy, beachside restaurant offers a delightful dining experience, especially for those who appreciate fresh, high-quality seafood. The fish here is incredibly fresh, sourced directly from local fishermen, and it’s clear they prioritize quality.

I had the Goan Fish Curry with rice, and it was absolutely delicious! The curry was rich, tangy, and perfectly spiced, with a lovely balance of flavors. The pomfret fry was another standout—crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, just the way it should be. For a more substantial meal, the seafood thali is a must-try. It offers a great variety—fish, rice, curry, chapati, and vegetables—and the portion sizes are generous. You definitely get your money’s worth here!

The quantity is more than enough to satisfy even the hungriest of appetites, and the flavors really shine through in each dish. Whether you’re looking for a light snack or a full meal, Goan Spice has something for everyone.

The atmosphere is laid-back and friendly, with outdoor seating that gives you a relaxed vibe while enjoying your meal. The staff is welcoming and attentive, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

In summary, Goan Spice in Anjuna serves fresh, flavorful seafood in generous portions, making it an ideal spot for anyone wanting to savor authentic...
