Wrong billing, people full of attitude in fact the owner Mr. Francis himself. Broken trust at xaviers beach shack. Staff not ready to accept their mistake and manager supporting them in their misdeed.

Being to Xavier's beach cafe since 3 years that is 2014 whenever we come to Goa. We had great time with the people out there and the KDJ caji. It was fun. Till today we might have spent around one lakh rupees on the food and drinks out there. BUT THIS TOUR IN 2016 APR HAD A VERY BITTER EXPERIENCE. WE WERE SURPRISED TO SEE THAT THEY CHARGED US FOR ALMOST 3 to 4 drinks etc. When we asked them to correct it, they started blaming us saying that we are wrong. We have been to this place only every night when ever we tour to Goa. Such an irony. People's attitude has been become so negative towards us only because we tried to explain them that we have been wrong billed. When we asked them we want to talk to the person who attended our table, we were informed that he is asleep. How can a person sleep before the customer is even billed. We are aware about what we have ordered..... As a customer in fact everyone will be aware about their order.

This is sheer a try to cheat customer. Caji the KDJ who has become our good friend is the main reason for us to visit Xavier's.....else people out there I'm surprised are all cheaters especially vijay an attendee a biggest cheater.

Bottom line is you can't trust...

Our server, Ajay, was exceptional. He not only provided attentive service but also engaged us in conversation, making us feel truly valued. The entire staff was warm and welcoming, enhancing our dining experience.
