Saffron Restaurant — Restaurant in Gujarat

I've always been big fan of Sankalp group of Restaurants. And Saffron is another feather in the wings of greatest taste ever. I visited with family friends on its Vaishnodevi restaurant yesterday to celebrate my daughter's birthday. As expected the ambience, food quality and service was Awesome. There are many great things to talk about but this incident that happened yesterday made me speechless and I never experienced this with any other restaurants in Ahmedabad. Yesterday we had planned to chose its unlimited menu option. After dinner, while billing, there was a small error from the the cashier that he mistakenly included children less than 3 yrs also in the bill. It's was my daughter's birthday so I kind of overlooked it and paid the bill but one of my guests immediately contacted the manager Hiren bhai. Who not only accepted the error humbly but also corrected it by providing us the credit note saying the extra charges will be deducted from the next visit bill. Such a humble and professional behaviour has won everyone's heart and we would love to visit here...

Not as authentic as mentioned on their board. We went to saffron after a long time and this branch infact first time hope to get authentic Punjabi cuisine. It is above average but not the best atleast. The unlimited multicuisine trend in Ahmedabad has infact affected a lot such single cuisine restaurants so I don't blame them but one needs to adapt to the need of the hour to stay in business. Can't write much about menu as nothing special. In short in 400inr pp I won't go again but surely prefer a multicuisine unlimited like mad over...

Bed experience today ..we are going to lunch we are five person my one of family member birthday 🎂 today so we arrange lunch I order unlimited..we are happy . I order two Nan but we are eat one waiter said you wast food I understand one Nan wast from our side but this discussion continues manager ...and I engry.... waiter behavior not good Evan manager behavior not good .I am not happy .we are not come any saffron branch...
