Urban Khichdi (Vaishnodevi, Ahmedabad) — Restaurant in Gujarat

Bad food and staff also not very friendly.We ordered two items indian khichdi sizzler- it was ultra chilly and no taste at all, and laccha paratha and subz makhani- both were pre prepared they just reheated and brought them. Besides we were the only customer at 8:30 pm and one of the waiter was continuously staring at us. We had a kid around 1 year and she was tearing the tissues, we had taken any stuff which could be damaged by her but the tissues we left so she could play, the waiter came and asked us rudely to hand them the tissues as well. Nice place for a quick dine out. Menu has variety of options including khichdis, combos, and punjabi food items. Ambiens is pretty cool and calm. Behavior and service of staff is very good. The best thing is that you don't have to wait for a long time to get food in your dish. Taste of food is also very good. I have tried paneer butter masala, kadhai paneer and cheese paneer butter masala platters and they all were delicious. Overall a good place and you must...

I requested them to Serve Hot Soup from a restaurant in its neighbours as we were not feeling well & wanted to have something Hot to clear our throat and wanted to have light food later but they denied just because it was their unwanted useless non-written rule.
