I have been visiting and ordering from this bakery for the past 3 years, and what i have understood is that if their product is good, all well, but if something goes wrong they are not bothered about that. One time I had ordered a strawberry chocolate cake for a birthday , same day we cut the and found the fruit to be rotten. Now these people use a third party porter service or you yourself pick up the cake. Since they take no guarantee how well the porter would deliver it, we pick it up ourselves. When we called them and told them about the rotten cake, they first denied and then expected us to bring back the cake as well!! We did and upon tasting they couldn’t refute the claim, so gave some credit note.

Now recently, ordered a German Black Forest cake. Mind you, they sell at a premium price.. 1700 bucks for a 750gm cake. So one would expect the quality. But the cake turned out to be as any regular bakery cake who sell it at 300-400 bucks. It was overly sweet and full of whipped cream. Again, an embarrassment for us as hosts, as cut that as the main cake which no one ate. A few tastes and then no one touched it. Our guests preferred a fruit cake from Theobroma over it.

Such a waste of money and effort for us :/ When I called at the bakery, the only response they repeatedly gave was that ‘this is the pricing for all cakes’. You can’t just serve any mediocre quality! I have tried some really good Black Forest cake in Delhi from such premium bakeries selling at similar price points. There has to be a certain value for the money. And it didn’t matter to them that a long time customer of theirs had such a bad experience. Expected better service from...

Why 5: Well this pastry is a perfect combination of velvety touch with thick dark chocolate, it reminds me winter days when we all have cravings for sweet and something delicious which make us happy and our good lighten. Why 5:Just don't bother looking anywhere else! At last, I can taste the cheese; the texture is brilliant and it tastes like a proper cake instead of the over-sweet plastic cream processed American rubbish which doesn't taste like a CHEESE cake at all - more like a glorified ice-cream.

I first visited this shop back in Winter 2019 to try their famous French Biscuit. I was mesmerized by the beauty and the flavours induced in it are exceptional.

Today I tried Mango Cheesecake. The cake is so soft and delicate. You would be definitely stopping your hand before slicing the first bite as the cake looks too beautiful.

The taste is excellent as usual. There is no doubt in it. Chocolate crust is in the bottom of the cake. The flavour was so natural and can't be described in words. The creaminess of the cake is so smooth. As you put the bite in your mouth it literally slides down your throat. Real flavours of Mango are integrated which I found is the best. Mango toppings are put inside the cake as well as at the top. I felt the cake was a bit less sugary but in the end all the flavours perfectly bond with each other to impart the true taste of the cake. There are no additives to enrich the colour of the cake which is loyal both to the customers as well as one's dedication to food.
