Pathetic service, nonprofessional staff.Food distasters. Never going back.And if you read till end you might not wanna go to this place either. This was my favorite go to place since college time(7years) and my camera roll is filled with memories we made there. few years back they changed the staff and it has been a downfall since. It used to be an amazing place and has a special place in my heart that's why maybe it took me more that 1 disaster to finally decide I'm not going back. 1)The waiters are totally non professional, they will give you judgemental looks when you ask for something.and they never listen. Once they were playing thumping loud music. I was reading a book so I asked them twice to lower it down , they never did. 2) I asked for mint Coffee, this was something i had ordered before So i knew it comes with mint syrup. For some reason they served me a coffee with chopped mint leaves in water mixed with cold coffee, there were two diffredif layers of water and coffee. I still can't believe they had audacity to serve that. It tasted pathetic but as it was first time I didn't make a fuss about it and paid.(will try to find pictures if I can) 3) we ordered mac n cheese.(we were served white sause pasta instead but we didn't mind) the pasta had too much salt, something that you can't put in your mouth.we told them, and they said they will exchange it.within 3 mins they came back with a dish tasting almost same but slightly milder. Visited after lockdown, was not offered contactless menu, QR code was torn, had to use old style menu (which is fine but not when they have option of contactless menu). Tables were dirty, we had to ask them to clean it up, and we were offered table without evening sanitised, this is high time, please do some market research and see what other brands are doing (Dominos), Drinks were served in a take away cups (they do not have protocol due to COVID as we were given regular glasses last time). We ordered a cottage cheese Steak burger, cottage cheese was uncooked, overall would not recommend this burger, as I can get better burgers in Rs20 outside 😂. Won’t expect this kind of preparation from chef of such a good brand.

Staff was mostly on his phone, when our order was ready, chef brought our food and left it on front counter and went back, that’s when that particular staff member had to inform chef to shout the order and we had to go and pick up. When drinks were ready, we were handed over drinks in a salver(Tray), am I suppose to carry drinks in a tray?? Since when is it self service if I am sitting there.

Have been a real fan of the TCR and visiting the place since ages. Since last few visits just feel that the place has really gone down both on the food as well as service aspect. The last visit was with a few friends on a Saturday night. The place was jam packed and we could get a table after some time. Had ordered for Nachos, Chocolate Fondue, White chocolate shake, French fries and hot chocolate. While the chocolate in Fondue was well melted the dips were too soggy and literally too old. The biscuits could hardly be chewed. The white chocolate shake was a disaster and had only milk with some shredded white chocolate. On complaining the staff wa like '' White chocolate will have milk only'' literally? Why not name it and price it as milk then. The shake had to be sent back and there was a replacement. Guess what? That had few more Chocolate flakes. But not a single drop of melted white chocolate. The shake went as it is. We could also observe a few other tables complaining about the orders and the staff was just ok saying this is how we prepare. The visit turned out to be sure shot disaster.
