It was good food with bad prices. And staff service made it worse. Start was while I was ordering, in charge person was not able to tell me difference between different types of curries. Then when our plain rotis came we were able to tell that they were not fresh. They prepared rotis earlier and just heated them, even heating was not proper. It was warm I repeat "warm" on the surface and cold inside. Next was when my mother was still eating last of her roti a waiter came and kept next set of clean napkins and glasses on our table so that he can get over with table cleaning fast enough. Nightmare doest get over yet, I just kept my spoon aside to take some more salad and another waiter tried to take away my plate. In synopsis it was clear example of how over enthusiasm can ruin everything.

I recently visited Avadh Restaurant in Surat, which is renowned for its North Indian cuisine. However, due to the Sunday rush, the service was very poor and fell short of my expectations. We ordered Manchurian Dry as a starter, and it was excellent. However, the main course items, Paneer Angara and Butter Roti, were disappointing. The quality was not up to the mark, and at the price point, I expected much better. Additionally, car parking is an issue, although bike parking is somewhat available. Overall, while the starter impressed, the rest of the experience left much to be desired.

one word - overpriced. food is quite good but average price for person is 500 for dinner and that's without starter and dessert. we order punjabi sabji and chapati which is good dal fry and jeera rice is what we are craving is serving here. staff is very polite and service is best. if you with special person you can go to dinner otherwise for casual dinner it's cost very much. here you can enjoy candle light dinner on Thursday or Wednesday! I'm not sure but one day in week they arrange candle light dinner. overall good experience.

I went to Avadh Family restaurant with my family, The concept of the restaurant was really nice, There were some healthy options available as well and it was really very delicious. I really loved the ambience and service here.The staff were very attentive and service was fast. The food tasted delicious. Quality is good. Quantity is also fulfilled. The starters and soup was really good. One of the best ambience restaurants have been to in Surat City. You can go with your family and friends.

The restaurant is on main road, pretty good location and easy to reach. After ordering food we got welcome drink which wasn't good and got some Fryums. The table decoration was too good but then food was pretty expensive and not that worth the price. We ordered 1 sabji and 5 roti where our bill for these 2 reached almost INR 750 which is almost double. Plus the food had too much cream inside, the original taste was literally lost.

Avadh is a really nice family restaurant located very near to Surat railway station. It is a bit costly but the food, service and the ambience is really top grade. They also provide an executive lunch with an unlimited menu including soup, starter, punjabi food items and ice cream. It is heavily crowded during the lunch as well as during dinner time. It is a really nice place to enjoy your meal with friends as well as family.
