I recently visited the famous Khaman shop in Surat and was blown away by the flavors! The Khaman was soft, fluffy, and perfectly spiced. The combination of the crunchy Sev and the chutney took it to a whole new level.I also tried the other Gujarati snacks like samosa and khamni, which were equally delicious.
The service was quick and efficient, and the staff was friendly. The shop was clean and well-maintained,which added to the overall experience.
What impressed me the most was the authenticity of the flavors. It felt like I was tasting a piece of Surat's culture.I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Surat. Don't miss out on trying the Khaman and other Gujarati delicacies here!

The taste of khaman remains same more than 20 years.. From childhood to age of 35 still me and my friends are not able to control our crawing for khaman so almost every sunday we skip our lunch to eat khaman specially " Sada khaman" with chatni, onion and fried chilly served from the shop... Also one fact is that people from other state specially mumbai are crazy for this khaman taste so you found in "kilograms" parcels through train in early morning.. They have 3 branches in surat located old one at gitanjali, then Sarthana and mota varachha..
A must visit place to enjoy...
