Trishiv Chinese — Restaurant in Gujarat

First of all, I would like to advise the franchisee of this restaurant : Never place a table near the door of a restaurant as it can be a problem to come in and out when the customer comes. The other thing is that customer service is zero because the waiter first served the meal and then when we ask for plates they just give us one plate and they ask again do you want one more plate? This is ridiculous if there are two peoples, they must give two plates before serving the meal. I have experienced this every time I have been to this restaurant. The main thing is food. When I first came to this restaurant I ate it was very good food and it was tasty but since last two times they have lagged behind in giving good food. Also, everything we ordered had something wrong with it and with a bad taste, last time I ate food here I got food poisoning. I used to come here especially because of good tasting, quantity and qualitative food.

I had a very bad experience with trishiv particularly this outlet as they have mentioned open 24 hrs everywhere but they don't do as they say 1st time went there at 11 in the morning and it was closed, if they aren't serving on odd times why to fool people by mentioning 24hrs But still I neglected that and ordered from there but they didn't even make the food right, very oily and very sour Even I mentioned cooking instructions but they didn't care to follow or keep that in mind.
