Quality of items: They provide good quality items, so no real complains there.

Purchase experience: I purchased items from them online during Covid-19 lockdown. Unfortunately, their website does not have real-time stock information, product packaging size for most of the products etc. So you might end up ordering items they don't have. They do not provide any refund in case you ordered unavailable items. They will call you and just ask you to pick something else. While it may be okay in some cases, it was not in mine. Even after selecting alternate items, I could not cover price of the unavailable item. And they refused to provide a refund of the balance amount. So I was forced to select something that I did not really need. My cousin had the same experience with them a week or so back - he did not even get an option to pick an alternate. They just delivered what they had and did not bother to refund or provide...
