I was recently invited to a birthday party at Barbeque Nation for dinner and I had an excellent time.

This particular location of Barbeque Nation is conveniently located for customers who are looking for non vegetarian option in the Gandhinagar and nearby areas, as it is right on the corner of the Agora Mall circle so it attracts many people.

Service provided by the servers of this restaurant was at par. They tried their best to serve you as much as they could and even more. There were many options ranging from appetizers to drinks to main course and a huge selection of deserts.

Customers get to choose from two options: 1. Vegetarian and 2. Non Vegetarian. Although non vegetarian customers could enjoy all the varieties served with vegetarian options. To start with they had one choice of mock tail to choose with, then number of starters such as chicken/fish/prawns/pani puri/paneer/pizza/chat/fruits. Main course also had curries of fish/chicken/mutton/paneer/vegetables, the desert section had range from ice creams/kulfis/rabdi/cakes/brownies/Gulab jamun/Kheer/firni. They also had options for salads but they were overlooked by all other dishes.

Quality of food is fine. Some of the items on the non vegetarian menu were not fully cooked. Most of their dishes are less spicy although you could request them to make any starters as per your taste requirements.

The ambience is pretty chill. Although, it can get quite noisy when the restaurant gets filled with customers. All in all it was a pleasant experience with fun/food/and experience.

They arrange a complementary cake for birthday celebration and the staff gathers to sing birthday wishes to celebrate ones birthday.

Extremely Disappointed with Service at Barbeque Nation

I had a really disappointing experience at Barbeque Nation. First, they charged me for a lemon soda that I never ordered, even after it was initially offered as complementary and then subtracted from the bill. I don’t understand why this was necessary.

I ordered mutton according to my taste, but they served me sweet mutton twice, even after I clearly instructed them not to make it sweet. Instead of following my request, they made it overly spicy the second time, which was not what I asked for.

When I went with a friend and his wife (it was his first time at Barbeque Nation), I asked the staff to provide the best mutton for him. A waiter suggested I could cook it myself in their kitchen, which I agreed to. However, after waiting for 3 minutes, the manager came and told me I could cook it in the live kitchen outside. When I went there, the manager changed his statement and said he would prepare it for me according to my taste. This back-and-forth wasted my time, especially since the kitchen staff had already failed twice to meet my expectations.

Despite clearly refusing the mutton, they served it to me while I was having dessert (ice cream). This shows a lack of attention to customer requests and poor service management. I was left feeling frustrated and disappointed, as my time with my friend was wasted due to their careless handling of simple instructions.
