An Absolutely Outstanding Dining Experience!

What an incredible evening we had at Kurry Karamat! This restaurant truly deserves every bit of its stellar reputation as one of Ahmedabad's finest multi-cuisine dining destinations.

Exceptional Food Quality The culinary experience here was simply phenomenal. We ordered the Butter Chicken, and I must say it was perfectly executed - rich, creamy, and bursting with authentic flavors that reminded me why this dish is their signature offering. The Tawa Vegetable Curry was equally impressive, with fresh vegetables cooked to perfection and spices that were beautifully balanced. But the absolute star of our meal was the Hara Bhara Kebab - incredibly delicious, perfectly seasoned, and cooked just right with that amazing smoky flavor that only comes from expert preparation.

Outstanding Value for Money One of the most pleasant surprises was how reasonable the pricing is. With a cost for two around ₹800, the quality and portion sizes offer exceptional value. The prices are very fair considering the premium dining experience you receive - definitely not expensive at all for the quality delivered.

One of the best and affordable non-veg restaurants in Ahmedabad. We entered just few minutes before it’s closing time but the staffs were extremely welcoming and patient with us. Their service and ambiance is excellent. Full five stars for that.

🔸Mango Lassi - 5⭐️ Thick, Mangoyie & Heavenly.

🔸Chicken Lemon Coriander Soup - 4⭐️ Tasty but it had lemon pieces in it that made the soup little bitter.

🔸Chicken Tikka Kebab - 5⭐️ Perfectly spiced, succulent, juicy tikka kebabs that elevated our appetite. Delicious!

🔸Chicken Malai Kebab - 4⭐️ Juicy, creamy, subtle taste of malai kebabs topped with cheese. Little undercooked.

🔸Chicken Fried Rice - 5⭐️ A very Indianised fried rice with authentic West Indian spices and crispy garlic bits made it a very unique yet tasty dish.

🔸Chicken Tawa Masala - 5⭐️ Well balance of spices, well cooked chicken pieces in thick gravy. A perfect side dish with rice/rotis.

The most disgraceful service and food quality I’ve had at a restaurant. As soon as I walked in, I saw a rat near the fridge with cold drinks there (which also is close to kitchen). We ordered food at 9:25 pm, the food arrives at 10:15 pm. We were like 6 people and I had ordered biryani, which had still not arrived at 10:15 pm, I received my order of biryani at 10:45 pm when my whole family has finished the dinner. The name of the restaurant is a word play on curry and they had worse curry than a street food vendor. It was watery and disgusting in texture. We were obviously furious about the whole thing and wanted to talk to the manager but to our dismay, manager is not even present in the restaurant. It’s most likely a start up owned by some guy who could care less to show up for this business, because for him this seems like a cash cow and would rather play golf somewhere instead of paying attention to how the business is being run on ground level. Absolutely atrocious experience. Would not recommend...
