Burger King — Restaurant in Gujarat

Me, my sister and my mom had lunch here. Our experience was quite bad. Starting with the lady taking our order, I found her to be very rude. She mumbled responses to your questions, was passive aggressive in her attitude and generally wasn't helpful or cooperative. When my sister went to ask my mom (seated in the dining section) something about her order, the lady asked me quite rudely and loudly "Can't you hurry up?" It was a rainy day, and besides us there were 5 other customers, all already seated and having ordered. So it wasn't like I was holding up a line. About the food....the burgers were ok at best. The shakes were the only good thing in our lunch. The cheesey fries were awful!!! The cheese was thick and smelly and sooo salty. The smell made all three of us nauseous. We are all cheese lovers in the family, so it isn't like we haven't had our fair share of cheesey dishes. I don't know what was wrong with them....the fries went all soggy wherever the cheese touched them. We ended up scraping as much cheese off as we could and still ended up not finishing them. Maybe the cheese went bad and they didn't check it? I honestly don't know. We ordered the sundaes as well. They were as bad as the fries. So watery and tasteless. I kept getting little chunks of pure ice in it. It wasn't sweet, or creamy. Just chunky, tasteless and watery. All 3 sundaes. We ordered different flavors, but all 3 were the same. Besides this, there were a lot of mosquitoes in there, and these small black insects kept crawling out from under our table and onto our food trays. Yuck! I don't know if these are the normal standards of Burger King. But what I do know for sure is that I'm never going to another burger king again. Super...

Do not trust the opening times. Do not trust the employees to give you a straight answer. This Burger King location is a masterclass in false advertising and customer neglect.

I made a special trip because, according to Google Maps and their own stupid app, the restaurant was OPEN. I arrived to find the doors locked, the lights half-off, and a group of confused employees just milling around inside like zombies.

I knocked on the door. One of them shuffled over. I politely asked, "Hi, are you open? Google says you are." The employee just stared blankly, shook their head, and walked away without saying a single word. Not a "sorry," not a "we open in 10 minutes," NOTHING. Just pure, unadulterated ignorance.

Another customer showed up and we were both left standing there like fools. Another employee made eye contact with us, pointed at a random piece of paper taped to the door that we couldn't read, and then disappeared into the back. Is this a restaurant or a mime performance?

Why on earth does Google show you as OPEN if you are very clearly CLOSED? And why are your employees incapable of basic human communication? A simple "We're sorry, we had a delay, we'll open at [time]" would have been fine. Instead, we got treated like we were inconveniencing them by expecting the restaurant to be open during its posted operating hours.

This isn't just bad service; it's a complete breakdown of how a business should function. You wasted my time, my gas, and you couldn't even muster a shred of common decency.

Save yourself the trip and the frustration. Go anywhere else. This...

Amazing place to hangout with friends and family. Had a really great time to munch tasty food and cold drinks especially my favorite WHOOPER Burger! The place was very ambient and nice, the staff was very welcoming too and enjoyed the outing very much. Me and my family arrived there in a car, I got the parking place very easily. The place was big that there were so many tables and luckily we got the six seater table and one of the staff boy cleaned our table. I went to order the food and I ordered one my favorite WHOOPER Burgers. One of the cashiers handled all the queries and guided me through the availability and which food options worked out best for me. I wanted the order to placed in different trays so that me and my family can eat it comfortably. After ordering the food, in just a matter of seconds the staff called me to take the food and as there were many food trays, the staff boy also helped me to take the food trays to the table. We comfortably ate our food and had such an amazing time and we enjoyed it very much. We took photos and videos there and asked one of the boys to take our photos and without any hesitation he helped me. Overall we enjoyed it very much and had a very great time in Burger King.
