Café Coffee Day — Restaurant in Gujarat

I recently visited this place and unfortunately, the experience was far from pleasant. Almost immediately after being served, I noticed flies sticking to the coffee glass within minutes, which was both unappetizing and concerning. The tables appeared old and worn down, and the overall hygiene seemed neglected. With flies constantly buzzing around, it was hard to feel comfortable or enjoy the food.

The cafe has potential, but it desperately needs improvements, particularly in cleanliness and ambience. Addressing these issues would not only enhance customer comfort but also elevate the overall experience. I hope the management takes note and makes necessary...

Located on main road is this outlet of CCD. Been a fan of CCD for quiet some time now. Came to the closest one to have the evergreen, ever famous TROPICAL ICEBERG. It was nothing like before!! Ccd has lost the charm of bringing that aroma into the coffee,specially this outlet. No wonder their ratings are below average. Giving another chance, we tried the NEW CHILLS SHAKES. Cocoa Cookie and Alphonso Mango shake. It turned out to be a huge disappointment. Its disastrous to crush the ice bits in the milk shake.

During my recent visit to a CCD outlet, I had an extremely disappointing experience. After placing my order, I noticed that the air conditioning was not functioning, so I informed the staff about it.
