Zaffran — Restaurant in Gujarat

Dine in date - 21/07/2024 Rating - A BIG ZERO! Who ever the owner is if you don't know the full form of MRP which is Maximum Retail Price which means that beyond this rate you cannot charge anyone.

And the owner charged double the MRP of coke. {We ordered two 200ml of THUMBS-UP on which MRP printed was Rs. 10/- and in the bill it was mentioned Rs. 20/- which is wrong in every books}.

First thing first, I understand that making coke cold you need to make arrangements of refrigerator and all but that doesn't mean you can charge over MRP and that too double the price.

You could have mentioned a sign board saying that "these things come on MRP or Double the MRP in this case" like every "decent" restaurant does but wait a second you have to loot the customers.

Its not the matter of 20 rupees it's matter of public concern and thinking that people are unaware about about the things around them then you are totally wrong.

I hope the owner and people out there got what I am trying to convey.

In one line avoid these type of restaurants and if you go, please double check that such type of articles are on MRP or "DOUBLE" the MRP.

Special message to owner - If my friend had not pay you while I was having my coke, we would have walked away without paying you a single penny for the loot which you did. Hard earned money is hard earned whether it is Rs. 1 or 1 crore!

I went there for the first time and this will bey last visit there, will not go again. We ordered boneless chicken. The food was under cooked, raw. I had indigestion and my night went bad. When told about the food being not cooked properly, the manager who did the task of taking order and server as well told that this is the bigger part of chicken and hence it seems so.

This was not the first time I had eaten chiken. We have had chiken at home and outside at many places but didn't find anything such. Even if at any place if we complained about the food then they either re-cooked or replaced the item but here nothing such was done and the manager behaved as if it is...

The service at zaffron is deteriorating day by day. Used to be days when care is exercised on every item served. This is not now. Felt like I was not at all important for them.They need to really train their servers on how to smile and serve. Veg corn soup was cooked without a pinch of salt. The server was very impolite in responding queries. Dear zaffron team, please take a note and correct. Lack of competition is no more in vadodara. You will loose your customers if you don't serve...
