Cafe Patio — Restaurant in Gujarat

Very Worst food and service of restaurant. We ordered 1 thin crust pizza .they send after 40 min and it was 1st totally burnt ,then we sent back and they given again pizza but that was totally uncooked .base is totally uncooked .then we sent it again and canceled that order .then we ordered Backed Macroni(name was mac and cheese in their menu),which was totally Tasteless everybody has taken only 1 spoon to taste then we left that dish uneaten.Cheese quality was not good its like on street food. Veg Manchurian have too much of vinegar... cream of veg soup was like only boiled milk with added sugar.staff service was very poor .we had to scream everytime to call them... plz avoid this horrible restaurant. and 1 more thing it is 4 star hotel but they are charging 18% gst like 5 star hotel.actually it should be 12 % in 4 star hotel and restaurant according to govt policy. totally worst experience. we left away that place after spending 1900 rs and still we were hungry like before so we went to another restaurant to eat. plz ,plz plz .. avoid this...

Today, I took my family for lunch at Cafe Patio, and it was a terrible experience. The food was the worst we've had, and the service was equally disappointing. They took too long to serve even a single food item.

We had ordered Kaju Cheese Butter Masala, but they served us a paneer dish instead. When we pointed this out, they gave us an absurd excuse, saying the regular chef wasn’t available and a new chef had prepared the curry—definitely the worst excuse I've ever heard.

Please don’t visit this cafe based on its ratings or influencer reels/videos. Most of these influencers are paid to give misleading reviews. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Also, when we asked to speak with the manager, the staff said he was busy. But just a minute later, we saw him walking around and completely...

Asked for Red Chili Oil (usually a part of the 3 add-ons at most places consisting of Chili Vinegar-Soy Sauce-Red Chili Oil). The staff got me Schezwan sauce first. Later, he literally got Red Chili Sauce (which is usually added to the dishes while cooking). He had no idea what I was asking for.

We ordered Veg Spring Rolls, expecting freshly made ones. They were frozen Spring Rolls, simply fried and served.

Food was OK. Nothing special.

One doesn't need to spend so much for the above. Even no so pricey eateries would provide a better experience than the above. You have a long way to go when it's about meeting customer...
