Captown — Restaurant in Gujarat

Last ever visit to Captown. Service is disaster. This is the part they need to improve if they wish to survive.

Odred mineral water, waiter gave me cold bottel asked for regular temperature water he didn't liked it because he had to go all the way 500 kms to the kitchen area to get new one.

Ordered Paneer Chilli Dry, Palak Paneer with tawa roti and Bhaji pav for 3. Palak paneer came without paneer! I quickly figured out it's a mistake and it happens sometimes. I informed same guy who was serving me and showed the dish without paneer. He thought for a second and told me hum isme chheel ke dalte he! What nonsense! I said nahi dalte beta, le jao aur dusri bana ke lao. Meanwhile I already took some portion in my plate which he collected in mail dish and was going back. Now think of it, you had some portion of paneer chilli already, you served paalak without paneer in same plate, that guy is taking palak back so that he can cook it again and serve with paneer! What a mess. I asked him cook fresh one, he responded ke iska hum kya karege! Not my problem buddy. I end up cancel the paalak without paneer and consumed remaining items by my son and my wife.

I went to pay the bill where that waiter asked owner to cancel one water bottle, palak paneer and tawa roti, owner asked why he cancelled, that guy told him palak me paneer nahi tha to bola cancel ker do. I was waiting for this, I knew he will tell half story and i explained what happened. Problem is not palak without paneer, problem was he told stupid thing that we crush paneer in palak paneer, owner also told we don't make dish like that, I said exactly, tell your staff what to respond to the customer. I paid and went to Arpit for my main course.

Amazing Taste, quantity and atmosphere. First experience with family and no complaints. Mashroom chilli dry was excellent. Served fresh. 150 for almost 1 and half size dosa with adequate feeling was 😃👍. ...

Visited today. Very very disappointed evening. We ordered soup, papad, and starter(spring roll) first. Received soup and papad. I request that person please give us some green chutney. The answer is "ham papad ke sath chutney nahi dete(rudely)" Then I quite and tooke my soup. After that spring roll came and surprised that they give us South Indian red chutney with spring roll. I called the person who took order and said please give me Chinese souce why are you giving South Indian chutney with spring roll please givee Chinese sezwan souce. And the answer is "yanhan ensa hi milta h" with very rude behaviour.

Feel very disrespect so we didn't took main course , paid the bill and leave.

Guy's is this way to run a restaurant?

You don't know how to talk with costmer. I feel very disrespect there.

If we come to your restaurant we are paying for food. You talk and deal with us like you are paying for eating. Very disgusting..

I thought Google reviews are good so have to go there but very very bad...

Everybody knows, Be a successful in this time it's possible, but to sustain that success, it's very difficult, this happens with this restaurant. I visit this restaurant frequently. But from last two time I got very bad experience. Multiple issues which I want to highlight in detail. Food quality and service is not exist in this restaurant. All server's invcluding Manager having big attitude. They are not recovering there customer also. Found mosquito in soup. Order for child. Masala dosa given very cold Biryani without salt. I instructed server how to serve my order, first give the soup, than give me other orders. But they're given soup along with paneer chilly. Paneer is not cooked properly.
