I recently visited Cheers Parlour in Bodakdev and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, their ice cream sundae and ice cream nachos were delicious, and the cold coco was a refreshing treat. 👍

However, the hygiene standards seemed questionable. To my surprise, a RAT scurried across the floor while I was enjoying my dessert. When I brought it to the staff's attention, they seemed unperturbed and didn't take any immediate action. 🐀

Given the importance of cleanliness in a food establishment, this raised significant concerns for me. Despite the tasty treats, I wouldn't recommend visiting Cheers Parlour until they address their hygiene issues.

Recommendation: Improve hygiene standards and take customer concerns seriously to enhance the overall experience.

Had the worst experience today. I am 30 years! And i think i have been consuming desserts at cheers at CG road branch since maybe last 25 years. Third class service, worst class staff, third class cashier. Worstest class quality, i ordered mango ripple today, it smelled so bad and also felted like not properly made i asked staff that why is it melted and they were teaching me ki aise hi ata hai. And when i argued they told me ki change kar dete hai. Which is of new use. I have been noticing this since the commencement of this one world capital branch. I also went through so much bad comments. I request to please not downgrade the goodwill and legacy of the cg road cheers brand, sincerely thankyou.
