Purchased a watch from here in October. The very next day we went there to exchange. Unfortunately we did not like any watch. So we asked them for credit note. They bluntly denied. Disappointed.
then today I went to their store for fitting of my watch. I did not have bill as this was my gift.but there was one barcode sticker with the watch which I never removed earlier, i told them to find out bill from that code and proceed, the person who manages billing counter says we dont have previous month bills. We cannot find bills using this code. Then I requested them to give me one bill print out. But no. They don't want to give.. I am also a software engineer, n no software has restrictions of not accessing previous month bills. Stop fooling us.
I was so disappointed with the service they provided. Just because their purchase is over they don't care about giving after sales service. I wanted to buy one watch for my brother and because of the great response i decided not to be there for even 5 minutes.
I have now decided will never purchase from this store. I would recommend all to purchase online. They always respond politely and they do have all the bills at every moment. Read moreI went their two-three days back to buy gifts for my family members. Mr. Ronit attended us at the economic brands section from where I bought I fossil watch as gift. Further I wanted a premium brand wallet so I went to the premium section to have a look if they have something what I am looking for. I liked a Gucci watch and I asked mr Ronit to show me. We was very polite and patient, good to talk guy. I noticed the belt of the watch was little damaged so I notified him that this was is damaged and you should not keep it in display it gives wrong impression. Miss Shivani who is incharge in the premium brand section rushed towards me, and ask me with very rude voice tone- aap ko ye Lena hai kya? I was shocked. How can you talk like that to a customer? Zero professionalism. I walked out, finished my formality for the watch I bought and told at the reception that that lady has wrong attitude towards customers, she is dropping your sells. She did this twice. When I was checking the wallets, she came to me and said- mam actually this is premium brand haan..! In a very improper manner. Golden times, your employee is spouting your name. You need more people like mr Ronit and less like miss Shivani. I will never ever buy anything from your shop....

When I went to showroom they said that it needs to be send back to the company for repair and they will revert us back within 45 days. After 40-45 days got a call from a watch company that "Watch will not be repaired under guarantee/warranty as it machine was opened before and parts are missing from it. And now I will have to pay repairing charge of it, and it will take more 45-50 days in repairing once I pay the charges." When informed showroom about this and asked how is it possible they refused to take any responsibility of the Damaged watch. Worst after sales service and hospitality from the showroom. Selling damaged and used watches, Do not buy costly watches from golden time.
One more thing is after purchasing the watch when I asked them to give me the watch in it's brand box and bag, they said that brand box and bag stock is finished and they have given order of it.
