My experience with Reliance Supermarket has been a mixed bag, with some definite highs and some notable lows. On the positive side, the variety of products is impressive. You can find everything from fresh produce to packaged goods and household essentials all under one roof, which is incredibly convenient. The prices are often competitive, and the 'Good Life' brand products, in particular, offer good value for money. The stores are generally well-lit and the aisles are easy to navigate. However, there are a few areas that could use significant improvement. The in-store experience can sometimes be chaotic, with long queues at the billing counters even when there are multiple staff members available. It often seems like the staff is overworked and stretched thin, especially when they are also trying to manage online orders. This can lead to delays and a feeling of being neglected as a customer in the store. Another issue I've encountered is with product availability and quality, particularly in the fresh food section. While they have a good selection, sometimes the produce isn't as fresh as it could be. It's also a good practice to double-check the expiry dates on packaged goods, as I've noticed some products with shorter shelf lives or nearing their expiration. Overall, Reliance Supermarket is a decent option for your grocery needs, especially if you're looking for a wide range of products at reasonable prices. Just be prepared for a potentially busy and sometimes disorganized checkout process. A little more attention to in-store customer service and consistent product quality would go a long way in making the shopping experience...
Read moreThe mall is loosing its charm with time, Every time we visit we find more vacant spaces. Iskcon Mega Mall was almost full at one time, now it's almost 80% empty. The only one major store for which it is possibly running is Reliance Mart. I would never recommend someone visit here unless you want to buy some groceries from Reliance Mart down there at basement. If you are around the mall and have free time you can enjoy the funny mirrors placed in the passage connecting two buildings.
The mall boasts of several retail stores including Reliance Trends, Landmark, Guess, US Polo, Ritu Kumar, Esprit, Body Shop and Tommy Hilfiger among others. It also has two huge central atriums where several events and promotions can be organised. You won't face any issue in parking your vehicle here. They have few activities for kids like toy train and toy horses to ride on. Reliance super market is also located in the premises to get some grocery shopping done. Also reliance trends for some clothes, shoes, bags and accessories. Escalators were in working condition. and it wasn’t crowded at all. The only thing I didn’t like about the mall is they don’t have many brand store outlets like other big malls.
I go out there for grocery shopping only at reliance (however Dmart are equally competitive) For chill out I prefer going...
Read moreIt is located close to Isckon Cross Roads and very next to Isckon temple. The mall has plenty of shops across categories - Reliance Trends, West Side, UCB, Wrangler, Van Hausen, Jade Blue, Arrow, Reliance Jewels, The Body Shop, Samsonite American Tourister and so on. So, definitely the destination for people who are into branded stuff. Now, some of the major problems. To begin with, the security is quite lax. When I visited one of the times, I had my large suitcase repaired before coming here and so the suitcase was kept in the passenger seat of the car. However, there wasn't any check of the car or the suitcase before letting it in the mall. The second time nobody even stopped the car to do the check. Secondly, there's a kids train that runs across the mall. Unfortunately, the songs that are played on the train aren't really suitable for kids and not at all relevant in this case (toy train). Songs like Chhamma Chhamma, Bum Digi Digi Bum Bum, Dil Chori Sadda etc. aren't really kids songs. Plenty of free parking underground which is always better than charring the car/bike in the heat outside, but somehow people seem to prefer that. There are also eating options like The Chocolate Room and a few other eateries (like a Maggi shop). Overall, a very good place...
