We have been a frequent customer of Cocoa Drama but recently dealt with a horrible experience. While hosting few kids over , we ordered couple of cheesecakes. What followed was a distasteful experience. While halfway through the dessert, a child realised that there was fungus buildup on the base of the cake . We immediately confronted the people at Cocoa drama but no conclusion was drawn . They advocated the fact that the green fungus like buildup on the base is normal . They did offer to replace the cake but to no use . The replacement also had fungus on the edges . We repeatedly tried to convey to Cocoa Drama how damaging this can be to one’s health . They claimed that the cheesecake has a shelf life of 5 days or so and hence can’t go bad . All I can say is that please, check the product before consumption . First of all on a sunday Only 1 person was there at the outlet And he wasn’t attentive at all And I ordered a chocolate Blackout cupcake which had sugary taste like i could literally taste sugar particles in my mouth and I also ordered Burnt basque Cheesecake Worst decision ever Firstly they poured the ganache themselves i dont know if thts how they serve or what but it was weird I heard alot about the cheesecake here is awesome But it literally tastes like “Raw cheese” nothing more no flavour at all i doubt if it was even creamcheese or something else it tasted sour n salty which is very weird because i have tried it from various places When informed to the person at the counter he said let me check and took more than 15 mins to “Check” and replied after me asking him what happened ?
