Really bad service and rude manager or whoever he was, the guy taking order. I ordered cookie cream cone (two types it has one a ready made cone and one in which they put a scoop of cookie cream in cone) i asked for the former one. firstly the guy didn’t clarify which one u want. i paid. he then gave me scoop wala cookie cream and i said i want the ready made one, he goes “we don’t have that” i said okay np do u have hazelnut one in that ready made cone, he said yes. I said please exchange that for me cause i cannot carry this open ice cream cone on activa. He was like we can’t exchange??? what am i suppose to do? Firstly you didn’t clarify and assumed that ik that product is not available when it was literally hanging on your shelf. And then you don’t...

Today we went to have a bite. Ordered a few things including cheese and corn sandwich. Everything was served except the sandwich. At first we Inquired about the delay and was told they ran out of wafers. Almost 45 mins since order was placed and they kept delaying until I was finally told that they forgot to pass the order to their kitchen. Can you believe this??? Service was very disappointing, Even waiters seemed confused as well. Least they cared was to apologize for the delay. Also we were charged for something that was not ordered. We have been coming to this place for so many years and this has been the first time we have had a bad experience service abd food quality was better under previous management. Not sure if we want to go back...

This is a review I m posting not on basis of the food and service but based on behavior of the staff today in the evening an old lady came to the place and took a seat outside the restaurant to where there was absolutely no body except us she was very senior and was trying to have her dinner as she was poor the restaurant staff insulted her and threw her out these people shall pe punished by there own karma this unacceptable if havmor india is reading this review please take appropriate action i was a regular customer for this outlet and I won't visit here ever again you people are inhuman and heartless...
