Last Sunday visited this brand pizza & garlic bread so I ordered for the same at counter & will pay by card so the staff replied we was accepting only cash & UPI so I have told him " what is the total ? So he replied " you just give your phone will scan & pay " than I again told him " bill amount? & He was not even listening & repeat that you just give me your phone will scan & pay " so I was left the store & deside to not visit againg in this brand The thing is ,1) if you don't accept cards that's ok but staff tell the final amount to customers whatever it is than he or she deside to pay by cash or UPI. 2) when customer asked again & again for the total b coz customers has so many bank accounts & plan accordingly & staff said " give your phone will scan & pay " 3) The RBI anounce & media also saying that never share your password & OTP & your staff said " give me your phone , will pay " so why should I give my phone to you ? If you don't keep small upi table top that is your problem 4) also you should train your staff to understand your customers how to listion to your customer b coz so many option customer...

I visited today.

The air conditioning was not working and when complained about it, they said we will see it. After the payment is done, they replied that it is under maintenance. We had to use papers and scarf to hand fan our 7 months old daughter in a temperature of 45 degree outside. We could have simply avoided the place of it was clearly told earlier.

There was a difference on bill too. They charged 20 rs extra without any reason.

The place was very dirty. The toilets were extremely dirty that if you go inside to wash your hands, it will become more dirty because of unclean surfaces.

The staff behaviour was not friendly too.

Wish I could give lesser rating than one.
