Disappointing Experience at Dosa House

I've been a regular customer at Dosa House, but my recent experiences have left a sour taste. The food quality is still good, but the service has become overly aggressive and intrusive.

The Issue: Persistent and Pushy Calls for Orders

Regardless of whether I'm dining alone, with friends, or family, the staff at Dosa House constantly call us to place our next order. It's annoying and disrupts our dining experience. They don't seem to care if we're still eating or enjoying our meal.

Lack of Respect for Personal Space

What's more disturbing is that they display the same pushy behavior even when we're dining with someone of the same gender. It's not about being couple-friendly or not; it's about respecting customers' personal space.

Uncomfortable Atmosphere

The relentless calls and intrusive behavior create an uncomfortable atmosphere, making it difficult to relax and enjoy our meal. We've started avoiding Dosa House due to this annoying experience.

Suggestions for Improvement:

Train staff to respect customers' personal space. Implement a more considerate ordering process. Focus on providing excellent service, not just pushing sales.

Will I Return?

Unlikely, until they address these issues.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Dosa Hub, and I was thoroughly impressed! The restaurant is located on Sardar Nagar Main Rd, and it's easy to find with plenty of parking available. The ambiance is warm and inviting, with traditional Indian decor and comfortable seating.

The menu is extensive, featuring a variety of dosa, uttapam, and other South Indian dishes. I opted for the Masala Dosa, which was made with crispy fermented rice and lentil crepes stuffed with a delicious potato filling. The dosa was cooked to perfection, and the flavors were incredible. I also tried the Onion Uttapam, which was equally delicious and fluffy.

The service at Dosa Hub was excellent. The staff was friendly and attentive, and they were happy to answer my questions about the menu. They also made sure my dosa was cooked...

At early stage of this restaurant we were happy to see services & food quality. But now I think they don't know the actual service meaning. Recently we went there for dinner at 09:30 PM, surprisingly they have told us that there is no requirement for any name booking for dinner after 10 mint we show people were going inside who came after is. When we approached at inside counter they have behave with us immaturily by saying you need to take name appointment after that they provide us order after almost 30 mint. So at 10:26 we got our order. BAD SERVICE.
