Senso - 24 Hours Coffee Shop — Restaurant in Gujarat

I was regular customer of their 247 cafe. Sometimes manager use to tell me, u r early than your regular time today. I had 3 back to back pathetic experiences of their staff & system. My first visit with my would be wife and she doesn't wanted to have anything and I ordered my regular coffee. They denied me to give any order because my bill was below 200 Inr and I was shocked because I was one of the most active customer of Senso. I literally fought with them and they were non sense in discussion. Similar kind of experience happened again and I stopped going there. One more time, I have to go for lunch as we were late for lunch and everything was closed and I did mistake of going with client there for lunch and it was hell pathetic experience in terms of behaviour. For 247 cafe I rather recommend apple bite. YOu can explore fern, comfort Inn - if you love to go on long drive then Khirasara Palace can be best experience. It was a good restaurant to dine with friends and family before but now I don't recommend it at all in any way. There are better restaurants with same quality or better quality food and taste. Even in ambience you will find other better places. Service quite pathetic, behaviour of the staff is also not courteous. 0% management and coordination between the waiters and manager. They forget to write the full order and then argue that we have not given such order. Late arrival of food, if you give order for different cuisine be prepared to eat at different times you cannot enjoy rhe food together. You also have to keep reminding them to bring the cold drink or buttermilk if you order them. On top of all this they charge quite extra so not pocket friendly too.

The only name of 5 star hotel, the quality of food was worst than my office canteen food. We ordered manchurian which was not hot and Chinese bhel just had fried chowmein that was also not freshly made. Both the orders were delivered in 5/7 mins while any normal fresh food takes 12/15 mins to prepare. They served the stale food to us, as in Rajkot late night restaurants are very less due to which people don’t have much options for weekend late night dinner.
