Pathetic food and service. I Ordered Chole Wrap and Rajama Chawal from Zomato and I mentioned not to add onion and asked for extra ketchup's. But the fools over there sent me onions and no ketchup's. How on this earth I am supposed to have wraps without Ketchup's. They also didn't send the spoon and tissue paper with the order. The C G Road Ahmadabad store doesn't have any phone number and customer support number is disconnecting the call after you press 2 for question regarding the current orders. Instead of giving customers food coupons and offers give your customer great service and customer will appreciate it.

How you guys can sleep peacefully after giving such pathetic services and food the customer. I curse you and pray to god that this C G Road branch will close soon so that the people like me can have good food.

Worst.....with me many time that as I ordered from fassos it comes late or rejecting order. Today on 28th July I ordered Rice Bowl from Zomato and I talked with your customer executive present at your store but I was not satisfied with thier tone of conversation and their arguing answers. No matter what kind of good quality of foods you are serving but if I can't get food on my time then what am I supposed to do ??

In an angry mood I cut the call and your customer executive didn't even tried to call me. And I talked to your tall free number since 5 minutes it's ringing is this a thing I need to give you...
