This bustling little cafe located in CG Road is the hub for all college goers in that area. From Birthday Parties to group gatherings this place has a white tone interior set up and a section is in Pink which is rather cutely set up with Furniture and real potted plants.

Shake: Apple Pie Freakshake - A perfect milkshake with all the winter vibes, cinnamon apple flavour that gives a refreshing twist. Fudge Brownie Freak Shake - Thickshake filled with brownie pieces blended perfectly and topped with whipped cream.

Starter: Crispy Baby Palak Patta Chaat - Spinach leaves tossed in besan and fried these were so delicious, the imly chutney and sev on top added the perfect crunch and combo to it. Mocha Salad Bowl - Only one eating healthy in the group? This is the perfect bet, lettuce and bell pepper salad with seasoning - yum! Aloo Rataloo Burger - Mocha’s BOSS Burger containing Ratalu patties this was a rather juicy burger with cheese and a soft bun. Do give this a try if you are looking to eat something other than Potato based Burgers. Tamato and Cheese masala Maccroni - Their newly introduced desi pasta combo which tasted alot like a North Indian subji, for those who want to eat Indo-Italian fusion. Bhoot Jholokia Chilli Cheese Pav - Prepared using in house baked Wheat Pav topped with veggies and cheese sauce. Tandoori Butter Garlic Momos - The name says it all, spicy Steamed Momos tossed in a delightful gravy. This was spicy as hell and very delicious. Fried Rice & Cottage Cheese Gravy - Perfect Chinese Combo the rice was flavourful and the gravy had a punch tasted soo good.

Dessert - Cheese Cake Brownie - This has to be the best dessert, the egg based luscious brownie with a cheesecake base served with Ice cream - what a combo !

There are multiple seating areas - Indoor two separate places, pretty yellow lights across the ceiling and a couple of tables outdoors as well. As a long-time patron of Mocha Cafe, it is disheartening to report an incident that significantly tarnished my perception of your establishment.

On 7th December, I visited Mocha Cafe, CG Road, Ahmedabad, as I have done for many years. Unfortunately, my visit took an unpleasant turn due to an incident involving two staff members, Bharat and the Manager, Dhul Singh. The issue arose over a seemingly routine matter concerning a chair, and I was dismayed by the unprofessionalism displayed by both individuals.

Manager Dhul Singh, instead of acting as a mediator, addressed the matter in an unprofessional manner. His response included personal remarks, which I believe is entirely inappropriate in a customer service setting. Furthermore, his statement implying that my spending at the establishment dictates the level of service I should receive was not only offensive but also goes against the principles of hospitality and customer satisfaction.

I have always held Mocha Cafe in high regard for its ambiance, service, and the overall positive experiences I have had over the years. However, the recent incident has left me questioning the commitment to customer satisfaction and professionalism at this particular branch.

I believe that such incidents should be addressed promptly and effectively to maintain the reputation of your establishment. I sincerely hope that Mocha Cafe takes this feedback seriously and conducts appropriate training for its staff to ensure that all customers are treated with the respect and professionalism they deserve.
