The restaurant is known for its food and the menu, as the menu offers different dishes like Panki Chatni, Satpadi Roti - Gatta nu Shak, paneer lifafa. I highly recommend the mentioned options. The staff is courteous. Swati started in Mumbai as a tiny restaurant in 1963, when it began serving a small selection of home-made chaats and hand churned ice creams. These were much loved by family and friends and the restaurant quickly developed a following of loyal customers. Over time, with innovative additions to the menu, Swati has expanded to three thriving and hugely popular restaurants in Mumbai and Ahmedabad, all family run, with a reputation for consistently delighting guests with its distinctive flavours.

Swati’s innovative menu builds upon traditional dishes that guests remember eating at home, as well as street foods that are remembered from carefree days. These memories are revived in a new setting, elegantly modern, functional without being fussy, quick and to the point, a place that welcomes a wide range of patrons, from its many regulars, to first time visitors eager for a taste of India.

We see this as a responsibility and opportunity that we strive to fulfil with excellence. Our aim is to offer a delightful experience where one can feel comfortable and enjoy delicious food. We take nutritional aspect of our food seriously, making sure it is freshly prepared and hygienic, wholesome and enjoyable, flavourful without...

As always it was an impromptu plan to visit Swati Snacks on Sunday evening while roaming around the city. We reached there at 7:45 pm and within two minutes we got our seats. We ordered quite a few items from their tight menu. The dishes we ordered were Panki Chatni, Chola Methi Dhokla-Kadhi, Methi Bakri Roti, Paneer Lifafa, Pav Bhaji, and for the desserts we opted for their Day special Malai Malpua and Coffee Orange Ice Cream. Food came in no time after placing the order. Every dish was prepared fresh and served hot. You can definitely feel the quality of ingredients when you start eating. There were not many masalas used to prepare any food item which made Swati special. They keep their dishes mild and near to authenticate so every age group people can enjoy their food. My favorite dishes amongst all were Pav Bhaji, Paneer Lifafa, Methi Bajri Roti and both the desserts. I am not into Pab Bhaji, but here I enjoyed the Pav Bhaji and I guess this can be one of the best of Ahmedabad for sure. The service was fast, but the table could have been bigger. If you order multiple items, then the table gets congested. It will be a bit pricey for sure.
