Recently we visited this place to try their fusion dishes😋 . Starting with the first and the most important thing which is safety, they are taking all the precautions to ensure safety of their customers and are maintaining proper hygiene✅ . Interior of the restaurant is beautiful and ambience is amazing💕 . Coming to food, apart from Gujarati food they have many more delicacies in their menu which are worth trying😍 . Dishes we tried are: 1)Cheese corn and tomato soup 2)Khandvi in schezwan sauce 3) Italian pav bhaji 4)Panki chutney 5)Satpadi roti with gutta nu shak(Jain) 6)Malpua roll . Soup was cheesy and delicious. It had perfect balance of tomato and cheese.Loved it!💕 . Khandvi in schezwan sauce was super tasty. Blend of flavors was perfect.Oil was little excess in the khandvi and schezwan sauce. But if you don't mind oil then go for this one😍🤤 Schezwan sauce was spicy and yum! . Italian pav bhaji was delectable. It was like a pav bhaji fondue. It was cheesy and had perfect balance of flavors and was one of their best dishes according to us🤤 . Panki chutney was really good. We had it for the first time and we loved it. Especially their way of serving it👌 . Satpadi roti with gutta nu shak was good as well. Both the roti and shak tasted delicious with each other😋 . Malpua tasted delicious.Loved the filling in it as well but chunks of sugar were not dissolved in the syrup completely and syrup was a bit thin in consistency. If the sugar syrup will be perfect then this dessert will be PERFECT. . Talking about rates, the prices are a bit high. It's not pocket friendly but if budget is not an issue then this restaurant is a MUST VISIT✅ . Overall we had an amazing experience at this place😊 . Firangi gujarati , as per name , its a unique restaurant with unique dishes in town. Its a very decent & attractive place to visit with your family & friends located in centre of vadodara, ellora park. Its a pure vegetarian restaurant, which serves jain dishes too. . I really enjoyed here, we had some of the dishes . Khandvi in schezwan sauce (140) Highly recommended, perfectly balanced with schezwan sauce, something unique for your tastebuds ❤ Jambu shots ( 120) Really yummy, the price is little bit high , as it is served through out the year, so, your jamun cravings can be fulfilled anytime through out the year. . Paneer lifafa (180) Its a delicious dish , grated paneer pieces served which is rolled & cutted into pieces... . Lentil grill panini (199) It was quite good, the dip served with it was just amazing . Dal baati ( 270) The dal was amazing, perfectly made with ghee ka tadka , Authentic taste & enough quantity for 2 persons. . Recently we have visited an amazing restaurant named "Firangi Gujarati" Well the name itself stands for it's unique quality Speciality :- they are serving an amazing combination of Gujarati food with Firangi (i.e. Fusion form ) taste. So this is perfect place to have Gujrati Fusion Food in Vadodara.

Talk about food :- I am quite impressed with all the items served by them They have authentic taste in their food items All are nicely presented We personally have tried their :-

1. cheese corn tomato soup
2. khandvi in szechwan sauce (Fusion)
3. panki chutney (Traditional Gujarati dish)
4. Italian pav bhaji (Must Try)
5. satpadi roti and gutta nu shak
6. Malpua roll All food items are very much delicious

Talk about menu :- They have digital menu , by scanning QR code u will be able to see the menu They have authentic dishes of Gujarati food items Also have English - Italian food , Panjabi Shabji , Special Jain food, dal rice , different combos , Fusion food , desserts , different beverages etc.

Talk about Ambience :- It is very clean and neat , the interior is very well decorated with frames .. The sitting arrangements are very comfortable & attractive They have kept good hygiene.

Talk about service :- it was very appreciable and good They are following all the guidelines of Pandemic situation like Wearing mask & gloves , proper sanitizing , total hygiene is there.
