Hetals Homemade — Restaurant in Gujarat

Hetals Homemade is a shop in the Ambavadi area of Ahmedabad. It is located in the lane exactly opposite to the Central Mall and is visible easily. This shop has reached 10 years of its sale and achievements. I came to know about the shop in early 2020 when buying some instant drinkables and sweets for my brother leaving for USA then. The shop has a wide range of products which include varieties of sweets, mocktails, liquid coffee flavours, sharbats, chocolates and chocolate fudges. Along with it, the shop also offers Winter special badampak( Gujaratis loves it anytime of the year.) Some dried fruits are also available here. I bought Orange and Butterscotch Caramel flavoured coffee. First of all, I never saw this liquid flavoured coffee as most of us have tried the granulated or powdered coffee. The flavour of the coffee is too tasty with the perfect amount of sugar level maintained and the essence is well balanced along with the other elements of the coffee. Also Icy Vanilla is the most common flavour which most of the customers purchase. It gives the true flavour of vanilla whilst enjoying the coffee. All the coffee flavours are of 330Rs/ 250 g. Overall, I found the place a bit expensive but it's worth as quality of the products are too...

Today we visited Hetal Home Made Sweets shop near Ambavadi and had one of the worst experience of life as a customer. When my wife entered the shop and asked for we want to see different varities the immediate reply from them is nothing is available and you can try in the evening.

• What kind of reply is this "you can try" instead of suggesting some definite time, they think everybody is free for them.

Also saying that we take order in advance before 20days. They were so highly intoxicated in their success and so have forgotten how to treat customer. I think they are in the mind that theirs is the only shop in the enitre Ahmedabad who sell such sweets.

• How can they expect a customer to give order in advance without testing the varities that they sell.

I wish I could rate them negative! The man sitting at the front desk is extremely rude. I agree the quality and taste was reviewed and recommended amazing but that is not it! How can a person buy stuff without even tasting from confectionary store ? Moreover he kept saying all chocolates are good but who will understand customers preference and give suggestions accordingly???Like seriously are you the only shop in the entire world that people are dying to buy from!
