TORITOS Restaurant — Restaurant in Gujarat

We have recently visited this restaurant near Panchvati Branch and selected unlimited dinner option, my experience was far from pleasant.The quality of both the food and service was highly lacking.

First and foremost, the food was not up to the mark. I ordered unlimited Dinner and was deeply disappointed. The presentation was unappealing, and the taste was underwhelming. The unlimited dinner lacked food choices, they have very limited option in unlimited. Moreover Ice creams was super melted as if we were having liquid chocolate cream. In green Salad was not even in shapes, they served it as left overs of different veggies majorly cabbage.

Furthermore, what added to my dissatisfaction was the impurity of the water served. It is crucial for any establishment to provide clean and safe drinking water to its patrons. However, the water I received had a too many particles, indicating poor filtration or improper handling. We asked to get it changed twice and both the time they failed to give clean water, which force to ordered their packed water, that to we did and waiter said we have no cold water available. In this hot summer they cant even provide chilled water bottle after paying charges This not only affected my overall dining experience but also raised concerns about the establishment's hygiene standards. TORITOS Restaurant – Highly Disappointing Experience

We visited TORITOS expecting a good Mexican meal based on the positive ratings, but it turned out to be one of the worst dining experiences we've had.

Despite the restaurant being almost empty, the service was incredibly disorganized. We had to repeat our order to three different staff members, and they still managed to mess it up. It took 40 minutes for a pizza to arrive — and even then, it was the wrong one. With no other customers around, this level of service is unacceptable.

The waitstaff seemed completely inattentive and unprofessional — almost as if they weren’t in their senses. It was frustrating having to explain the same thing multiple times.

Now coming to the food — completely below average and absolutely not worth the price.

The pizza had no flavor at all, just plain, tasteless cheese.

The mix-and-match sizzler came drenched in white sauce that tasted like nothing but melted cheese. Other components were equally bland and disappointing.

If the owner is reading this: please train your staff and your chef. Customers deserve better for the money and time they invest.

We went to this casual dining restaurant on 16 Jul 2023 for lunch. As we had reached by 1245 there was not much crowd, however, gradually seats were getting occupied. There is no separate Parking space which I could find and had to park my four wheeler outside on roadside. Ambience wise place is good with contemporary decor (7/10), can accommodate 35 - 40 people I suppose (7/10). Restaurant Staff from reception to table is courteous, polite and well behaved but not as warm as many other places in Ahmedabad. Menu includes Italian, Mexican, Thai cuisines and many options are available (9/10). Service was prompt and My orders arrived hot and in reasonable amount of time. However starters were served with main course otherwise it would have meant a much better experience (7/10). We tried Cheese pull up bread, Thai green curry, Cottage cheese Tchoup out of which nothing was disappointing and all dishes were rich in flavours which were appropriate for them (8/10).
