INFI PIZZERIA GOTRI — Restaurant in Gujarat

After visiting this place, I wrote to Google to have negative review facility too. I write review only if it is either too good or worst. This place is one of the worst for food I have ever visited. Yesterday was birthday of my father-in-law. We decided to visit other place for dinner but due to bad luck we landed up at this place.

In menu they have mostly solid stuffs (which look like a Pizza and they named it Pizza but if any Italian test this he would either suicide or die by heart attack…I). No Garlic bread No soup in menu…! We ordered so called three different types of (so called) Pizza but all tested same…! Base, over it cheese & then some toppings...! Only toppings & name changes else its similar stuffs. It is better to eat Roti, spread cheese on it and put toppings on it at home . Taste would be better than the stuffs served at this place.

Only good things about this place are that they promote Indian tradition & cultures with these western foods. Like a Muslim celebration, they serve Pizza in one big plate. Only one plate with food on table. No other plates or an individual plate. Eating from one plate increase bonding, brotherhood spirit & love among eaters…!

As an Ayurveda says that eating with hands is a good habit as when fingers touches food it gives satisfaction to mind. At this place too, you will not get any spoons or forks. You have to eat by hand only...!

Best part of this restaurant that they really care for your health. They know that eating Pizza or similar stuffs are not good for health. So, they make so called Pizza in a way that after eating even two bytes of it, your body will say ‘NO’ to Pizzas at least for next two months…! This will keep you away from these high calories food and keep you healthy. My mother-in-law is a big Pizza lover and can eat more Pizzas than rotis even at the age of 70s. She eats only two bytes yesterday and felt her hunger had satisfied…! First time in her life she stopped to eat Pizzas after only two bytes which is good for her health.

Youngsters like this place considering the prize of stuffs & volume of it as cost / money matters for them. In low price they can have so called Pizza party. So most positive reviews here are from youngsters.

If you want to eat like a homegrown Pizzas (Roti with Cheese spread over it and toppings on it….!) this place is good. If you are Pizza lover and want to eat good Pizza,...

☑️ Even on a weekend evening we got a table rightaway, just the table was with little lower with squatting stools to sit on.

☑️ Ambiance was good. Quality collection of classic meme frames on the wall.

Coming to the 🍕

• Cheese tasted a bit sour at first. • Luckily oregano was dependable (good).

• The pizzas have really thin base, so it's good for the thin crust lovers.

• But if you aren't a thin crust lover, it will feel like a thin pizza with whole lot of cheeze on top (unlike Domino's or Pizza Hut who have relatively thicker base, which houses sauce, cheese & toppings).

• 🙁 What this means is, if the cheese comes out, all the toppings go with it, leaving a thin base for you to eat. 📸Captured below👇]

• 😐 Pizzas tasted a bit bland even with various toppings.

• 😕Paneer wasn't marinated, hence it didn't bring any flavours to the table.

• 😑 And the veggies felt (boiled) like as if they were part of a soup before getting on these pizzas.

✅❌ So it's good or bad depending on what taste do you like,

❌ if you like Indianized flavourful pizzas, then these might upset you. (Hope oregano saves your meal🤞)

✅ BUT if you don't like too spicy or have a taste of pizzas abroad with less flavours then this might be the perfect place for you.

• Also you'll be left with a lot of oily fingers.🛢️

💰Pricing might seem a bit too high as compared to the competition, but the quantity of pizza/slices that you get here, is equally large.

There are just 2 options either you order a full 20inch pizza for the whole group or a 10inch slice 🍕 for yourself.

And even that giant could be cut (on asking them) for further sharing & eating.

So it's a preferred place, for going with a large groups. But do check availability of tables in advance.

🤏 And according to my "litmus test/taste" (of judging a pizzeria from its "Margherita"), you can try it here by the name "Quattro Formaggi" and it didn't disappoint as much as other pizzas.

Fantastic Pizza's and the small number of pizza types is actually a good thing that definitely proves their main focus of food serving. That is pizzas. Love the 20inch work. And the bread quality. They did not leave out any effort to make them taste so good either. The price range is nominal and two different variations available for as per customer needs. Its great when even just a slice is served, surely you can taste all of their flavours one slice at a time then. Parking space provided by the complex. The interior is cozy and even though its small, its not congested and is very well organized. This proves they focus on providing good service to the customers rather than stuffing up the store to earn more. And here's a catch, they even have board games and books for you to entertain yourself while you wait for your order. This place is amazing for both meal...
