Octant Pizza Gotri — Restaurant in Gujarat

Points to be improved : Better management of customer, atleast you could provide chairs to sit for customers who are waiting... Time management : you have to wait for at least 45 mins for your turn... They have only unlimited Manu... So you can't order single pizza... That's why you have to pay 320 rs for all you family members, even they eat single piece of pizza...I have paid 320 for my mother who ate 2 pieces of pizza and a young kid who ate only salad and garlic bread... Management really want to think about this... They are providing large variety of salads and other items including south Indian and Barbaque... And quality of pizza was ordinary... Even dry Manchurian was too cold to eat. Lack of staff- I have to tell 2 times to different staff for my order. When you sit and dine, you get the feeling that you are dining in a Market where so much noise around you...

I don't know why people are looking for south Indian and Chinese in Pizza place... જય...

Dough Disaster at Octant Pizza's Unlimited Buffet Dinner

My recent experience at Octant Pizza's unlimited buffet dinner left much to be desired. While the concept of endless pizza sounds promising, the reality fell short. The dough was a disaster – undercooked and lacking the crispy perfection one expects from a good pizza. Despite the variety of toppings available, the poor quality of the crust overshadowed any enjoyment.

The ambiance was pleasant enough, and the service was adequate, but the main attraction, the pizza, failed to impress. It's a shame that such a crucial element of the dining experience was overlooked.

Overall, Octant Pizza's unlimited buffet dinner was a disappointment. Unless significant improvements are made to the dough quality, I won't be returning...

Serving the Unlimited Pizza Menu - Food - Pizza -- Just Average, hardly any change in Taste in the variety. Salads -- Below Average, tasted stale on most of them. Food looked as if made 12 to 48 hrs back and preserved. Beverages -- Below Average, served with no Fizz and Flat. When told the server and manager said all same. Used Mayo instead of Cheese.

Service - Very Poor, didnt make any attempt to ask for preferences. They just wanted to get finished with the table order. When called kept diverting and avoiding.

Ambience - Just Average, needs a renovation especially on the seating arrangements (read cover). Cutlery is also Bruised.

Experience was not great. Luckily someone else was paying. Food presentation and Quality Average
