Osia Hypermart — Local services in Gujarat

I don't have an option for a single start otherwise would have rated 0 .

I didn't really wanted to put any review on first instant but now it's like everyday I have to face bad experience shopping from Osia.

Lady on second floor making a note of serial numbers at the trail room area. She is the worst. She has no sense of talking and handling customers.Rude! Her behaviour is not suitable for this job! She should join a government hospitals . The way she treats a customer is the same as you face when you go to government sector. I just avoid going on second floor becoz of her !

Most of the staff is rude and not helpful. I am not saying all of them . Their are few at vegetable section and few of them are really helpful.

Few products are really defective. Like, wheat flour,open items ! You can't keep it at home! Expired items !

We really visit your mall every alternate day and I expect you to take a serious step and tell your staff that people whoever comes to your place whether poor or rich they are paying from their own pocket and not taking anything free so please behave and respect every human being. 3 Stories of Chaos and smell.. It seems the promoters have started the store without filling up the shelves. Groceries section has limited options. Grains section is all over the place. First floor plastics and kitchenware, filled up with cheap looking/feeling products. The kids Toys section is full of Cheap Chinese toys which should be on recall list. Second floor is clothing and footware, fills you with the smell of plastics, rubber. No known brands. The male/female clothing is worst. Very low quality fabrics. Vegetables & Fruits are stale. No Breads or eggs or Frozen foods section 😨. The checkout counter is totally different experience. Baggage submission requires you to be a rocket scientist. The staff seems to be clueless and not a single smile on any face, feels like on the set of The Walking Dead sans Zombies 🙂. I am sure more products, some training and organization can put the store back on track. Two-Wheeler and Car Parking is good. Accessibility is good as it’s on the main road. I wouldn’t...

Pathetic service.. The ppl sitting in the office don't even know how to behave with their customers, No manners at all. Few days ago purchased some groceries along with 2 sets of pajama and shirt, However in the bill there was 1 set of pajama and other one wasn't added in the bill due to some technical reason or staffs fault After 2 days when i went to exchange it coz of size issues, They started blaming me that it's my fault and whereas in the CCTV footage it was clearly visible that there billing staff has added the items in the bill and also removed the sensor that was attached in the shirt but they were not ready to accept at all and asked to pay the penalty.. There was one lady in the office she was having no manner at all and behaved so rudely. She was illetrate and don't even understand English. How come the shop has given the office duty to the lady who don't even know how to behave with their customers. Shameful act...
