Jay Veeru Fast Food — Restaurant in Gujarat

I had one of the worst experiences ordering from here , and I feel compelled to share it to save others from the same frustration. I placed an order online, expecting a quick and smooth delivery, but instead, I ended up waiting for over an hour. Not only was the food delayed, but there was also absolutely no communication or update from their side. I had to call multiple times to check on the status of my order, and when I finally got through, the staff was shockingly rude and unprofessional.

Instead of apologizing for the delay, they responded with a completely arrogant attitude, and to my disbelief, even used abusive language. This is not only unacceptable from a customer service perspective but also extremely disrespectful. I was shocked at how casually they treated the situation, as if keeping a customer waiting for hours and then insulting them was normal practice.

The entire experience left a really bad impression, and needless to say, I will never be ordering from them again. Fast food is supposed to be about convenience and service, but this was the exact opposite. I strongly advise others to avoid ordering from this outlet unless you’re ready to be disrespected and...

I honestly regret ordering from Jay Veeru. The experience was so bad, unbelievably bad. The food arrived late, cold, and tasted nothing like what was promised. Portions were tiny compared to the price, and the quality felt absolutely careless. To make it worse, the packaging was messy, leaking, and gave the whole order a terrible impression. Customer service? Non-existent — no one bothered to respond properly when I raised the issue.

Tasty VadaPav, Frankies and many more available here with music system. It has less space to sit but it's ok. Colddrinks also available here. Not costly place to eat. Many people come here from nearby colleges. It provides online food order facility too from apps like Zomato and others. Really tasty fast...
