I recently went to Snow Era and I’d definitely give it a solid 5 out of 5 stars. The star of the show was their Biscoff Bingsu. It's this awesome shaved ice dessert from South Korea. What makes it special is it's lighter than regular ice cream and comes with all sorts of delicious toppings. The Biscoff flavor was a standout and really made the dessert pop.
They’ve got a lot more than just desserts, too. The sushi was really fresh, and the Ramyun, which is a spicy Korean noodle dish, was just the right mix of spicy and comforting. Whether you’re there for something sweet or savory, they nail it every time.
